Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a great and charismatic actor ! Negan is not really bad, it survive in its way, Rick attack his men first, so it kills Abraham, and Glenn died because Daryl did not obey. So, Negan let them go, he could have killed they. It's just a very strict leader but a discution was possible, Rick has declared the war.
