Oh that’s cool, I spent so my time waiting for the dungeons to reset the last time I farmed them. At least I found them quickly this time. I’ll keep this trick in mind for future challenge runs!
I went for Chillet too, but I gave mine Burly body instead of Swift. It runs plenty fast to dodge things even without the extra speed trait. Figured the extra defence would do more in this case. Got through Libero using that along with 20 fully condensed Blazemuts and switched out my Chillet for Ragnahawk at phase two. I've got four of those Blazemuts that know Seed Mine and four others with Poison Blast for extra DPS. It was close, but I made it through. My next attempt will be against Ultra Libero. I'm currently working on getting 10 more Blazemuts, 30 Astegons, also fully condensed. I'll be spreading them over two bases. Astegons for phase 1, Blazemuts for phase two. 15 per base because I'm trying to do this on default settings. I'm going to be needing a lot of cake...
I'll also be using multiple bases for the ultra boss if it's allowed (haven't checked it yet) with astegons and jetragons, then blazamuts for the second phase. I need to make a perfect ragnahawk first. I'll be making a video on this entire process since this video was so well received, so stay tuned, and good luck!
Ultra is brutal with normal settings. I am working on breeding Jetragons and Blazamuts. Then breed lots of Mozzarinas for the burger. Then I'll build THREE bases nearby for an insane but laggy dps arena.
20 fully condensed blazemuts? thats.. over 3000 blazemuts... guess someone was busy getting cake? edit: considerintg sky needed around 8 hours for chillet +/- ( if i heard that correctly ) thats a hell lot of playtime for 20 bahamuts? xD
With 4x gobfin, and a chillet+pyrin mount & swap, this raid takes 5 minutes without using any base pals (they just block the legendary rocket launches). Missing 5 shots = 1 minute lost
ive actually been considering just saying **** it to the base pals bc they block a solid 33% of my shots. will have to test it out and see whats better when i actually condense all the box pals.
I tried fighting Libero yesterday without much research figuring that Bellanoir was an easy fight, this may be close but I've "got it". I was totally unprepared and wasted the four slabs as I just did not have the DPS for her. Guess I actually need to build up, she seems to be the first "real" challenge in the game.
Yeah she’s tough! I time failed to Marcus and faleris one time bc I entered his thing at level 26… but I wouldn’t describe anything in this game up to libero a challenge either
I actually solo the boss without pals the epic version now preparing for the legy version still catching some pals and am all set good vid btw bro keep it up!
I think I’ll do this at some point myself once I’m done with the series, for now I’m spamming OP pals at it 😂… best of luck taking out the ultra version!
Ah I didn’t think about condensing the mounts too, just been working on the Gobfins and those are each at 3 stars now, which only got me through half of phase 2. This just might do it!
My Strat for this boss was putting two pal bases next to each other as close as I possibly could. Works nice when the other base wants to attack 😂 start ringing that alarm bell like a mad man.
While I haven't checked to see if this works but you could use the faster method of having pals rest in a base to heal the pals. you can put two bases right next to each other and have the 2nd base have the bell thing set to ignore/don't fight so they will rest and you can put them back in the main base for the fight. Ik It is min/max, but it should save time and keep dps up as you would only need two base teams so 30-40 pals at most not counting the carrying pals to put the injured in the beds. Do note large beds heal them the fastest. Or just use 2 bases worth of pals at the same time lol
Yeah it’s legal but I just think the fight it designed for one base of pals. Feel free to do it if you’d like, I just like the challenge of only using one box. Thanks for the feedback!
ufff I went for Divine dragon, and ice emperor, ferocious musclehead chillet in prep for the boss. xD the divine dragon flame emperor blazamuts are taking their time though
@@JasesAce I do hope that suggestion will help, if not go for Pure fire in ways of Pyromaniac, Flame Emperor, Musclehead Ferocious. (another one I'm trying for and having a bit of a time creating! xD)
@@KoshTimeStepper Yeah I think the bulkier builds are what win fights here consistently, but if you want to do it super fast, having multiple copies of damage built pals is the way to go. I have so many ideas planned for builds around this update that it's not even funny. Good luck with those blazamuts!
What are your base stats before any of the buffs. Originally on my way to lvl all I leveled was stamina, hp and weight. Thinking i may need to reset those.
Im full attack 0 everything else for the purpose of the video. It is annoying to play like this but I CBA to reset my stats for normal play then reset again for every video I make. Plus full attack is nice when you walk around with four gobfins at all times.
I will say with confidence that HP is completely useless is the end game as the armor and shield makes much more of a difference, I'd definitely at least re allocate those points.
You can either build a box around it to protect it, or place it where its meshed into the floor. I did the second thing. In the desert there is small hills everywhere just build the pal box in one of those. Hope this helps and hope you enjoyed!
i was completely ready for the update when it came out. i had my main save all maxxed out and over 25million gold. turns out, because i had one mod, and an item i shouldnt have, my entire save got corrupted. had to start from scratch. im still trying to get my last damn tablet fragment to start this raid battle for the first time.
It’s hp based. It’s essentially a second tier to the fight. Once she gets low she heals 100k hp back and swaps typing, which kills so many people because their dragon types get obliterated and they aren’t ready to switch to fire pals and a fire attack mount (like ragnahawk)
@@guillaumenyssens8212 extending the day time is an awesome idea, I might set it to 0 for the ultra libero project as I plan on having like 15+ fully condensed box pals, we’ll have to see how it goes. Thanks for the input!
@@JasesAce you can only do 0.1. if you don't care about night, you could set it up to 5. For me i leave it as is... Still fun to enjoy some nice day/night cycle.

Hey is there any way to transfer the legendary positive skill to bellanoir Libero I've been trying to figure out a way this whole time but every time I try to get her to mate with any of the pals it only makes a fire egg can you please make a video on how to transfer the legendary positive skill to bellanoir
I do not believe we can breed into Bellanoir currently unfortunately, which is why I’m hesitant to make an op version of her. Once more pals are added I’m sure it will become available though!
No I’m just running around with max attack, four fully condensed gobfins, two max attack pendants, and a max rocket launcher. It’s a pain only having 300 weight but I think the player strength is so OP that it’s worth it. I play on default settings. Hope you enjoyed!
The sanctuary respawns chests every few in game days, for dungeons, try putting your base pals away, reloading the game with 0 base pals out, and running dungeons for the fragments. Sometimes this works as a fix
I have stronghold strategist and vanguard on all four. If you'd like to see how they were created, I documented it in my "This is the strongest team in palworld" video!
is everyone choosing chillet over quivern for the smaller hitbox and speed or am i crazy? quivern can go airborn and with swift can dodge just fine plus does dragon to your attacks, no?
Chillet boosts your player damage and makes your attacks dragon type. Quivern boosts its own dragon damage but doesn't impact your player damage in any way, meaning your attacks stay normal type. Hope this helps!
@@JasesAce Nah I got everything ready. One of those parent got those traits. It just that the combination of Chillet trait never got 4 of those combination yet.
@@Deman_Dema Sorry your luck has been so bad. If it makes you feel better it took me like 8 hours total to get those attack pendants, and went clinically insane doing it. I'd recommend putting two traits on each parent and having no extra traits at all for the best odds. Good luck!
Can’t do this on Xbox. Kicks me from the whole game if I have pals out during this fight. Even if I’m playing on my friends PC account, kicks me out of the game every single time.
Yeah it’s extremely laggy even for me and I’m on a ridiculous computer… I hope they optimize it soon! To be fair you’re not really missing out on much, if you can beat normal Bellanoir a few times without base pals then you can get the ability glasses which is all you need on Xbox. Hope you enjoyed the video in spite of the game screwing you over!
I did enjoy the video. Plus sent it to my friend so she can try it (she plays PC on our world) and can hopefully defeat this BEAST of a pal. lol And same, I do hope they fix the lag on the game. That’s the only thing I really can say negative about it.
While that is a shame and was sad to see, I think the game needed this balancing adjustment to make other pals more relevant. I am also fairly confident chillet gobfin is the best choice for this fight still. Hope you enjoyed!
@@lhprx4 the attack builds are still the strongest option the game gives, it’s just not AS broken now. They only nerfed the mount and not the gobfins themselves
While a good idea, it’s flawed because pals block LOS on the boss, and if you remove the pals blocking LOS the boss targets the structures before the player. I’ve been trying to find a good build for this but it just hasn’t worked yet for me
@@JasesAce Yeah, I was thinking something along the lines of creating a circular row of base turrets and have pals mount them so when the boss spawns, they'd pretty much gun her down. Ideally that's how it work. But in practice it might need a lot more fine tuning.

Honestly if you just get like a box of any dragon types you’ve gotten on your play through that are near level 50 (Jetragon and Astegon are the closest to 50 and the two strongest choices, but jormuntides are great too) and cycle them out as you lay rockets into Bellanoir, the first two tiers are pretty easy. I agree, I'm doing a challenge series now where I beat ultra without cycling out pals (except for phase change). I think thats the right way to take these on and is the most interesting. Hope you enjoyed!
@@JasesAce Not sure if that's even possible unless with 20 pals with perfect passives, great IV'S and upgraded + condensed to the max. Witch is just a stupid amount of grind. At least I now got an idea on what to do to beat her. Not sure if im willing to invest the time thou.
