plus a fair number of people were just in Greyscale btc because of the big discount arbatrage of last year & 2022 now that is gone so they r unwinding from it.

This all happened over night when most people in the western hemisphere was asleep two nights in a row. You can call it a panic sell, but my portfolio went down 30 percent in two days. I had to do some risk manangement I sold everything

I sold anticipating the FED meeting and bought more at my target areas. The second bull phase in crypto is always the biggest in the bull cycle. You shouldn't be selling until BTC gets to 101k. The cycle is obvious.

I don't want to shill, but coinbase's Base Chain had a huuuuuuuge amount of inflows with money and people in the past week. Problem is it's just a meme trash chain, BUT, it's having huge movements Every chain wants to be the next Solana but I like that look of that chain for some quick easy plays over the next month or so

@@NoNonsenseForex as in there's no innovation there, nothing revolutionary - it's a pure casino of meme coins. Obviously base chain itself is an L2 and the way it can onboard users through Coinbase will be amazing. But that's where the attention and eye balls and quick gains go as it is now with its meme scene (similar to Solana right now)

I find on/off ramps and swaps to be annoying so I preferred the ETFs. I have some BNB holdings on Metamask and use an exchange as well. I dunno, being able to buy ETFs commission free and in a TFSA in my brokerage just feels comfy to me. Having it be optionable is just a matter of time. Hard to handpick individual tokens, but Chainlink is "the nwo token" isnt it? Id trust that over the next 15 years more than anything (besides btc and eth ... also like ltc). I think my portfolio is too defensive, feels bad missing the 40-60% gains tech had this year but I know better than to fomo in, but I have enough liquid assets to pivot if I need to. Even if the market is flat, I get some value from the USDCAD rates. My biggest issue is not working harder to increase my income. Most of my spare money goes to investing but that rate isnt increasing

And ignoring the political side of what happened in Moscow this weekend, having exposure to cybersecurity, energy (oil) and defense sector stocks is probably a good play.

Grayscale has loads of bitcoin owned by failed organisations that need to liquidate. Thats one reason so much selling pressure is happening.

@@NoNonsenseForex Slightly off topic but I met the first other person in real life who is getting into trading. Hes only 19 and is 100% gonna blow up. He turned £30 into £200 in a couple of weeks. Just looks at the charts and guesses a direction its going. Im not going to say slow down because blowing up will teach him more than anything I can say. If after he blows up he wants to continue I will recommend your channel. Currently he is being suckered into a scam which sucks to watch. He paid to join a Guru club and if he gets so many others to join he will be given the opportunity to purchase the trading bot for £1000. I looked into the club. Guys a excon who has a history of violence- "Tom Roberts- Britain's naughtiest school boy"
