This phone number cannot be used for Verification || Gmail Account || Play Store || Problem Solve. 

Actually google did a partial fix, i noticed today. You can add phone number and recover password, but number verification still doesen't work.

This bloody worked guys! I removed my number from multiple emails I own. waited for like 2 hours and voilaa!

I had this issue at the beggining of the year. Couldnt use my gmail account as well other google apps. Waited for about 5 days and the account was unlocked without my intervention. Keep your patience and it can only get self fixed

google says up to 4 accounts can be registered in a single phone number. I availed for another new number to use on my alt acc but didn't work. I only had it register my other acc to it and is now not allowing other accs to be verified. okay, what the hell is this now?? A 1:1 ratio?
