I wish Adobe would update the Color Balance adjustment layer of Photoshop to give it the power and flexibility of the Color Grading panel in Lightroom.
I do like watching these videos and am learning lots. As someone who doesn't use Photoshop very much, it would be great to see more, including detailed instructions on how to switch between the two.
Love the way your subtle changes to a photo take from bland to spectacular. I have been following you for awhile now and you have taught quite bit. Thank you 😊
This was an excellent edit and explanation of the color balance tool in Photoshop. I noticed you have the TK panels in Photoshop. Do you ever use those? All the best and thank you.
TK panels is very good for dodging and burning much more advanced than the built in ones for speed and quality. Although the Updated Raw Editor can do much of the same "now".
I am the reverse 99% PS, LR is just to bloated with catalogs and speed of import I just drag and drop in PS start editing in 3 seconds from a closed program, (18 core imac PS version 24.0.0 is the sweet spot) Raw has come along so far it has all the tools of LR if you know how to us it.
That's why I need to learn it. I get that it is way more powerful than LR. How do you manage your catalog of work? LR is great digital asset manager. Thanks
@@tonyferrell3456 I use External OWC Envoy Pro FX 10gb/s Drive with basic folders easily searchable in finder. I hate having any work on my main HD, The work I do is already paid for by client I give it to them, keep 10-15 images for future advertising, that's it keep it simple.
