@@John-bu2xt Look bro i am pretty ashamed of the actions of scammers but u can't say all Indians are scammers by this logic I should call you a colonialist and presume u stole from us
He is thinking if only he was in his native land in this exact same situation with the exact same man. The beating he would have doled out with zero repercussions. Ohh!!
As an immigrant myself once and then later becoming a naturalized citizen, I can tell that the man was not reacting not because he lacked emotions or self respect but because he couldn’t afford to for the sake of his survival, his family, his dreams and future. Respect for his patience.
My elder brother went to Canada and I remember him telling me a similar case where some people would laugh at him and taunt him. He’s naturally a person with self respect but he resisted their insults as he knew that he can’t afford any trouble like getting into fights and all. I could still sense the anger in his voice when he disclosed this matter to me.
AMEN! I've worked in "customer svc" my entire working life & you'd be completely shocked by the things ppl say & do. Today we have security surveillance, street/public CCTV, & Ring in almost every crack, crevice, & fissure of the earth. Not to mention all the phone cameras, so we can ALL see it. The crazy thing is it doesn't hinder ppl from behaving the way they do. At all.
Man this delivery guy had some real patience to be dealing with an idiotic customer, who kept swearing and had no way to compromise or to deal with the situation unlike this delivery guy who clearly did. Respect to this delivery guy ❤
What are you even talking about? The customer wants his change... so what is there to compromise about? The delivery guy doesn't seem to have change (which he should by the way), and he realizes that is his fault for not coming prepared. That's why he can't say anything back.
@@alakbar7870 what is need to say those slurs? and I am talking about that patience. It is a sort of a strength to have the guts to not fight back or say anything back of whenever someone says something so awful to you just to get you pissed off. I mean did he really deserve those slurs if he didn’t come prepared? Even if he wanted change what was the need to act like that infront of him, couldn’t he just wait and shut his mouth while the delivery guy was fixing his mistake?
@@bilalaft17 What are you even talking about?! First of all, the delivery guy CAN'T fix his mistake (because he didn't bring any change that he should have been carrying to begin with). Also, while the customer may've made fun of the delivery guy's accent, he didn't use any racial slurs. Third, the delivery guy is NOT SHOWING PATIENCE. He is upset at the restaurant for sending him out without any change, and not noting that the pizza/food had not been paid for, and the customer was going to pay with cash upon arrival (which again may require the delivery guy to give change back to the customer, which he was not prepared for)! So the customer had every right to be upset with the delivery guy and the restaurant. The things that YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND about this clip is simply astounding! 😮🙄😌
@@alakbar7870He has been swearing and talking in such a rude tone the whole time, You think that’s customer character type? and ok even if he forgot to bring change, there’s no need to be furious like that. That guy can patiently wait, while this delivery guy will fix his mistake. Yes this whole thing may seem common sense but he may have just forgot to bring the change and the restaurant didn’t give him change to carry. What was the need for this sort of attitude? and don’t think I’m being soft by pointing out this customers attitude cause I’ve seen worse. I’ve worked as a cashier in retail before and there’s been some sort of rude attitude being received to me by customers. Some customers have the right to be angry but some didn’t. So I know the difference between the right to be angry and the unnecessary furious attitude. The delivery guy was showing patience here by not saying anything back and is just solving the problem by communicating with the restaurant. You are thinking from the customers point of view but I’m not which proves your disapproval with my statement and the reason why I’m thinking from the delivery guys point of view is because he made a mistake, he’s fixing it, meanwhile this customer is saying such stuff which is not needed at the moment. In customer service he was doing his duty by fixing the mistake and was cooperating with this customer. Yet you think the customer is right at the moment, that’s acc surprising. What suprises me that your statement is a type of statement that describes the right behaviour of one towards another but your describing the customer as the right person, who was saying such stuff to delivery guy just to instigate the situation and also insult him.
@@bilalaft17 LOL... You are not too bright now, are you? No, I'm analyzing the situation from a NEUTRAL point of view. The customer is rightfully upset at the delivery guy and the restaurant (which is why he asked for the delivery guy to call them). And it is also the reason why the customer filmed and uploaded this clip, because he IS in the right here, even though he is not being nice (and why should he be all nice and forgiving... most of the world is not). And again, the delivery guy CAN'T FIX HIS MISTAKE (how do you not understand this?)! He has no change to give to the customer---where is he going to get it?! About the only thing the delivery guy can possibly do to make it right on the spot is to give the customer the food for free, but that probably didn't happen either. And furthermore, the delivery guy showed no patience. He (correctly I might add) scolded the person on the phone at the restaurant for not doing their job and verifying that the order was CASH ON DELIVERY, and inappropriately sent him to the customer without any change in hand (if that is indeed the restaurant's policy, and not the delivery guy's individual responsibility). Everything else you said is either false, irrelevant, and definitely shows your lack of comprehension. 😆😎

Literally happened to me last week. Had a delivery for some boss Karen and called her to let her know when will I arrive, and that she should prepare exact ammount. Note that we work with boutiques, not food, and that we agreed on friday for delivery to be on monday. When I called her on monday she lost her mind. Started screaming and abusing me over the phone. Thankfully I'm the owner of the company and was just helping out that week so I had freedom to literally refuse to deliver her parcel to her. I went and returned it to my cliend and they had to use non express delivery service. So Karen ended up waiting for 2 weeks to her her order just because she was Karen. It felt so good
