That for me is your best video. Thanks for sharing. I have always wanted to see how/where they prepare the food and you shared that. What a great family they are. Thank you.
This is Tatte Idly famous in Bangalore and Karnataka. Its called Kudumu in Vizianagarama and Srikakulam. Good to see that its also available in Odisha.
@@GaneshKumar-sm1jf Good, this is the problem if we try to write Indian languages in English. Seeing your sarcasm, I feel pity on you. Its not tha but ta. If you do not know the actual word, pls verify first than becoming shamed. There is no word called thatte, the word tatte means plate in Kannada. Your sarcasm back fired on you only. When you called me uncle, I do not want to still degrade you as I understand that you are a kid and try to show off your childishness. But do not think everyone will forgive you.
Good to hear that this city will help others. Once I also went to Brahmapur and found it to be friendly city. My fore fathers hail from Puri and unfortunately I do not know the language. I love Odisha.
I wish I could go one day there to try it. Just visited 2 times, once passed through for taratarini, another time went there for a function but in night and all time I had was to attend the function as I also had train to catch. 1:30 PM Faluknama, reached 4:50 PM, then return 7:30 PM,reached 10:50 PM, considering the crime rate rising in my city, could not delay
Hi Ur food looks yummy .. and as a viewer I can advise you that with out spending more you can take care of following points to make more hygienic food . Because the world is turning towards hygiene. 1) Try to use gloves while serving and touching or breaking the food. 2) Put lids on the foods while transfering from the place of cooking and to your place of selling. 3) The place where the crunchy poories are being made atleast the washroom door should be closed. I know we cannot advise to the so called five star hotels. But people like us who are on same ground can follow this. RIP 5 star hotels in berampur because the eye catchy bandi is here... More love to you and family. Stay strong and do good to get good.
Actually many of Odisha’s traditional dishes known as pitha are very similar to South Indian dishes e.g Chakuli is some where between Set Dosa and Uttapam, Enduri pitha is Idly stuffed with a coconut based sweet stuffing. Grated coconut is used in Dalma and many other dishes.
@@loney403 Somebody gave me a sermon on pithas of odisha surprisingly nobody in Kolkata knows about it. All the old gen odiya Tea shops r selling tiny singadas with cauliflower mix & sweets. How come nobody cared to promote their traditional food. The south indian fare is flying thru the roof all over the world.
@@thomaskoshy1364 When I was growing up in Bhubaneswar (12 yrs ago) hardly came across some one selling "pithas" even in Odisha. May be they thought it won't be a hit among youth or it was too traditional for modern society. Thankfully now days things are changing....Loads of Restaurants/Eateries in Odisha are becoming famous for such traditional dishes. They should promote it nationally too. But back then every household would cook a variety of these in the festive days.
very nice you exploring the unexploring things of berhampur, but i confused one day you post berhampur video next day puri next day bbsr etc, please make a series
