I have seen a lot of Indian street fooding videos. The cooking process looks delicious but none of them have safety measures. But if you see Chinese and other Southeast Asian street food you will see how much they maintain their safety.

You are right. For a country that is so beautiful and of which I am so proud, it is heartbreaking to see the pathetic hygiene and cleanliness standards in India. As a culture, we simply lack the concept of cleanliness. 😔
