It does suck after a year it will not hold a charge and the screws holding it together or some type of plastic that you can’t even put a tool and to loosen it. It is not made to be repaired. I wasted $100 after taxes and shipping.
i've had several of this junk vacuum replaced under warranty. the best one i've had lasted about 2 months. 2 others died the first time i used them. the one i have now lasted one full battery charge before it died and i'm currently getting it replaced under warranty.
the best thing about this vacuum is the warranty. i've had a total of 6, with number 7 coming soon, being replaced under 1 year warranty. good thing is that i get a new vacuum about every other month. it's frustrating but for $75 i get about 4 vacuums until the warranty expires but by that time i close my pool and buy a new vacuum in the spring. i've done this the last 2 summers.
Has you on/off switch broken off yet. I’ve had two of these and they both broke at the same on/off switch. I was attracted to your review because you said it sucked and I thought that’s what you were alluding to!
