I absolutely LOVE pork tenderloin, which I only discovered 2yrs ago. Its affordable, quick to make, & is so succulent & delicious. Got to try those garlic/shallots!!! I bake mine to 142°, let it carry over to 145°. I see so many people confuse "pork tenderloin" with "pork loin", big difference between the two.
i wish he had showed how to cut the silver skin off. i haven't seen one video of anyone doing it...if you are a legit chef...you should know how & why you cut that off and chunk it...
My wife loves it, gave me a good 8.5/10! I've put carrots and asparagus at the same time of the shallots and garlic. I didn't use the herbs because I had none and when I stumble on this video it was too late to get out to the grocery store lol and switched the whine vinegar to rice vinegar. What I love about this is that the taste are in every bite even with thick pieces! You made me cut thicker the meat than I usually does, and that because I feel that every recipes I try it doesn't get INTO the meat, juste tastes on the sear. Will do again! Thanks!
5:08 Pork tenderloin is now said to be pulled at 135° for it to be a safe medium rare to eat. I do a recipe similar to yours but I just brown it powder dry over medium high heat brown both sides for just maybe two minutes aside and I put it in an oven at 375 degrees for about 17 minutes. Pull it out let it rest. After three minutes check the temperature, you should be able to cut it with your fork❤
That mic of yours is really _mic_ ing! We could hear the entire digestion journey of each bite--from your mouth to your stomach! I love to hear people enjoy their food.🤣🤣 I'm making this ASAP, thanks for sharing!
Love getting comments like this! Thanks so much and glad you and your husband had a great meal! A recipe is nothing without a good cook making it so great job to you! 😉
Awesome. I was rushing so I cut the loin into 1" chunks, seasoned and browned them. Set them aside and sautéed the garlic, added the liquids and dry spices - brought to a sizzle, shut off the heat and added the meat and covered. I skipped the oven and just let them sit on my stove. Twice I turned on the burner for a few seconds and shut it off while I warmed up my sides. Only thing I would change is double the liquid ingredients and add some flour to thicken a bit. ❤💕❤💕
Made this really loved it now going to experiment I want to double up on sauce, make pasta and douce the sauce on the pasta with Meat on top I will let you know just sounded good in my head making it this weekend :)
Lol ..if your pork is overcooked it's just because you overcooked it ! Thank you Mr .Sloppy Obvious Pork tenderloin is so adorable and delicious, my favorite I'd pork Diablo, so simple, cheap and exquisite
New Sub here!! You make it look So Easy!! However do you “have to cook in a Cast Iron Skillet?” I don’t have one.. Also.. can you use apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar?? Can’t wait to try & make this!!🤗🙌🙌👏👏👍👍🥰
@@ChefAnge Thank You Chef for responding So Quickly!! I’m making this for a Christmas Dinner I’m going to tomorrow night!! I’m excited about making it (& love the reviews from your subs)!! What do you suggest as far as sides to Serve with this? PS. Do you have a Chocolate Roll Dessert Recipe? I’d like to make something like that with a Peppermint Ice Cream with A Dark Chocolate Sauce.!!🙌🙌😋👍👍🥰
Literally just made this exactly how you did and it was phenomenal! ✨️😭 we served it with mushroom and onion wild rice and asparagus spears. Thank you so much for this fantastic recipe 😘 Ps. I subbed 😉
This was nice and simple! I have two I had no clue on what to do with and decided to cut and store for pork fried rice, but this is a good idea for the other one I have. Thanks for Sharing!
New subscriber. Made this and it was awesome. Family loved it. The meat was soooo tender (melt in your mouth tender)❤👌❤👌 Thank you for posting this great recipe👍👍👍
To be Honest. I’m not a fan of hearing people chew their food loud cause it’s annoying. However, looks good! Gonna definitely try this today for dinner. Let’s see how the family likes it and we love garlic. Will give you an Update… Well, I made this recipe for dinner today and it came out delicious! The meat was tender & off the hook! We ate it with spaghetti which was also off the hook 👍
Chef Ange the recipe of the pork tenderloin looks easy and delicious 😋 but...... you talk too fast I went several times on your video so finally I got the ingredients and the amounts. I hope 🙏 you can go slower. Thank you ☺️.
Took my frozen pork tenderloin from the freezer (sitting there for awhile as I really wanted a tasty recipe ) Your recipe fits the bill and I'll be trying this tonight. Love garlic.....this looks so delicious. Subscribed as I want to see more . Thank you
Just made this tonight. Perfectly cooked, tender, juicy. Mwah! I substituted apple juice for the white wine and added mushrooms. Fantastic. Will definitely be making this again.
Omg LOVE the taste test ASMR! 😂 Now I want some! 😫 💀 Question: how could I do this with a pork roast? How long would I cook in the oven for a pork roast?
I will try you approach except attempt to stop at 145F --- My family and I like our pork (and beef) tenders less well done. But thanks for the tips and your techniques -- great cook!
I was going to give the video a thumbs up, but, the moment you closed your lips around the food, you started smacking and making noises, and that shit is annoying. I can't condone that kind of behavior with a "like."
