@@Floopuss it was good for ad clear and high health enemy chunking for sure - but I had to swap off because most of the areas were so tight (final encounter) that the crystals would just get in the way lmao But right up until the final encounter it was doing amazing :)
@@Floopuss I used a necrotic + syntho class item with lightning surge spam. Good for dealing with ads and surviving with devour proccing. But honestly, riskrunner is a great idea too - the arc dmg resist can help SO much.
Another couple neat quirks with the Lion reload that actually synergize quite well with the build: 1) You don't have to kill the same enemy you damaged with Lion in order to get the reload (i.e. you can tag one enemy with the Lion then kill a different one using something other than Lion to get the reload) 2) You can get the procs in reverse order (i.e. kill an enemy using anything other than Lion, then damage an enemy with the Lion to get the reload) 3) Stasis Crystals count as an entity you can "kill" with a non-Lion source (but not as something you can damage with Lion). Just tested in game to be sure the interaction still works, essentially you can punch a crystal between Lion shots to get the reload off. Which works well with the exotic as you're spawning crystals with your bleakwatcher, so you can weave crystal reloads between ability reloads.
The Prismatic version of Bleak Watcher, does in fact not alter the grenade coolown, but since it has the lowest cooldown its pretty much the best bet. Also I 100% agree with ur point of it being a sort of paic button, just in case something goes wrong.
didn't expect the turret storm to be this huge. i thought it's gonna be as small as rift. not sure how it's gonna work in PVP tho, opponents can see the turret from miles away but for PVE, this exotic is such a great addition.
@@MegaBeanHead0 i thought it's gonna support the same playstyle like the reworked Sanguine. just replace rift with turret. but i was wrong in a good way. there's still a reason to play Warlock this season.
Cool vid I have a very similar build but unlike stasis prismatic grenade cooldown is not affected by bleak watcher so the healing grenade is actually the best one to pair with it
@@Salty-Thijs I thought bleak watcher changes your nade ability to have a cooldown the same as cold snap? That’s what I’ve read online by a few people at least. Might be worth a test!
@MegaBeanHead0 Its different on Prismatic, it keeps whatever cooldown you have on your equipped grenade. On Stasis subclass though it does overwrite it
@@MegaBeanHead0 bleak watcher on stasis affects the cooldown but for prismatic that is not the case. At least according to the destiny 2 data compendium.
Iam gonna give this run for sure. Only had 1 run at new onslaught, loading time(and long blank screen is unbearable on xbox) my be sorted by next reset. But generally takes bungie a couple of weeks to optimise. Just rank up tower venders for now, do what I can to get ahead with tedious wait time(and long, long blank screen) seen another build on stasis which I have to try as well. Probably busy as I write this, good luck bro. Thanks for sharing... "👍"... P. S. Love your opinions on pulse changes...
@@philiphayes1470 thank you brother! The 2 bursts feel insane now man! And the high impact nerf didn’t feel too bad at all in all honesty. Maybe I should do another pulse rifle tier list 😂
@@deadlyalliance8281 smart! The main reason I love fighting lion is the fact that you essentially never have to reload! And the volatile on hits is pretty juicy. Choir of one will defo be better for longer range engagements and what not, GM’s specifically. I will defo be using it when those come out.
@@MegaBeanHead0 I still don't have microcosm, choir of one or ice breaker lol. I just picked up the final shape with annual pass a week ago. I'm like 1/3 way through the first episode lol. Still have silly side quests to do regarding failsafe and all that jazz(doing patrols and whatnot🤦). Using a rime coat build, then when they fix ignitions I'll go to battle of mantle for solar. Both of those are S tier, although I do wish they would buff helion. It needs agressive tracking cause it misses alot, and maybe a small damage buff.
Haha yeah I put some text there saying that - I had the normal void one on because I was running different super each time I did a new onslaught. Nova bomb was the best of course lmao.
@@MeanMachineRAF unfortunately no. It only makes your already scorching abilities/guns deal more stacks of scorch. It doesn’t give scorch to anything that can’t scorch. And I don’t believe you can use this nade on solar - you need bleak watcher which is only on prism and stasis.
@@MonkfishOD not as important as discipline. But you do want the melee back fast so you can proc more ignitions and build the light transcendence energy quicker. You don’t need it at 100, just as high as you can after getting resil and disc both at 100.
I've been looking for a good biuld since the new warlock exotic was announced but non were good but yours is amazing and unique. I can't wait to try it!!
