The two repeat rows 19:40 - row seven 22:55 - row eight Love this pattern! I’m very much a beginner and this is easy to follow and is turning out beautifully so far. I’ve just been starting these two rows over again when I’m on them and have it in the background in case I need to reference it while I’m working.

I have dyscalculia and can get easily turned around, but this is the first one ive watched that just clicked and was easy for me! Thank you!!!

Thank you for sharing your experience with this tutorial. I, too, have problems with certain patterns, so I decided to read the comments section before I try this beautiful pattern. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can't. 🤷‍♀️ 😊 So, based off your comment, I will give this a try 😍

This is STUNNING in Aunt Lydia's Classic 10 Crochet Thread with a US1/2.35mm hook!! I'm using the color "ocean." Thank you for this tutorial, it's very easy to follow along with and you explain everything well. I have a learning disability and I struggle with written patterns because I can't keep track of what I'm reading, and video tutorials like this make it so sooo much easier.

Crystal, you are thee best at tutorials that I have encountered. You give info on Yarn, hook and go slow as you go along and explain slowly. I have tried with others for just a variety and they either don't explain or go to fast. You make it so easy. My crochet skills have improved because of you. 😊 thank you.

If you just need to watch the final 2 rows a few times to get the repeat down, start at about 20:05 and continue, that's the start of row 7. Rows 7 and 8 are the repeat. Beautiful pattern, thank you for sharing! I used some Truboo leftovers from other projects and a 3.75 mm hook. Came out absolutely gorgeous! I also started with a magic ring, just out of personal preference.

Completed one shawl already using Scheppjes Whirl Fine Art - 3 weight - and a 4.0 hook. Used 2 cakes. 3/4 through second shawl, same yarn but different color. I have ordered 3rd color for a 3rd shawl. I really like how the slow color changing yarns work up. Only difference between mine and yours is that I prefer to work with merino blend and don't particularly like working with cotton. Love watching your tutorials.
