This Gengar has a negative wr. It's safe to assume they're just bad

You dont missclick abilities because of lag... At all. Ever. There are plenty of reasons why you can misclick, but lag is certainly not one of them. The gengar also proceeded to try and take safe last hits away from his bot lane when jungle was respawning, which he probably wouldnt have gone back to if it werent for the kubfu trying to take some of his jungle exp away. I think its pretty safe to say they arent the greatest gengar by a long shot. Maybe the gengar usually does better than this, but they didnt in this game, and this is the game cris had to play. Hes not trying to perfectly gauge his teammates skill. Hes trying to win the game and create content. Trying to perfectly evaluate that true skill of the gengar does nothing towards either goal.

They should make it so that once you picked Dream Eater or Hex, you can only go for Shadow Ball or Sludge Bomb respectively.
