Explenation for 6:20 as why it makes sense that the driver got injured. A explosion on the outside of the hull causes spall on the inside of the tank.(small pieces of flying metal breaking of the hull on the inside) this is why HE shells causes damagen on impact even without penetrating the armor. Irl even ap shells can cause damage like this without penetrating the armor. (Fun fact this is the entire principal of hesh shells, causing damage with chunks of metal flying around the inside of the tank.) This is also why spall liners where invented. And applied in almost every modern tank. English isnt my first language, so forgive my mistakes
This is world of tanks so the physics don't work that way. HE has a "radius" (hidden stat btw) and if that radius hits a member then the roll for damaged crew happens. It DOESN'T matter how much armor there is, if the radius touches the crew member the roll will be the same no matter if the shell explode outside the tank or the HE shell did a full pen. It is an extremely simplified mechanic for the sake of arcade-ishness.
Enhanced Armor's nerf coupled with Calibrated buff means EA is going to be useless. Basically nothing will have armor anymore. May as well not play any heavies that do not have massive HP.
Can you make a beginner Video and/or series on what aim time is, how to play in a platoon, how to use he shells, what equipment to get, what is a tanks birth day, why some tanks have high mm of armor on paper and I can shoot them easy and some have a low mm number and are hard to penetrate?…. These are just examples by now I know some of what they mean/do but for a real 1st day beginner it would give them a big boost if understood most things and not realizing it at tank level 5/6.
A tanks birthday shoudnt need to be included in a video tho you can litteraly ask anyone and it's as direct as it sounds... a birthday for the tank in which yiu get bonus coins and exp for the win with that tank
How to use HE shells: If you see a tank or a side of a tank that has a lower armor value than your HE penetration value then use HE to decimate them otherwise use AP. Another use of HE is to damage a tank that is in an extremely good hull down position, you use it at parts that have lower armor value to get some damage, it won't be as much as your full damage but hey at least you're doing some. Aim time: Is how long it takes your tank to get to it's most accurate state (smallest reticle bloom). This is helpful if you play in medium and light tanks as those often times do the flanking maneuvers so knowing when a TD or HT will be able to hit you with great accuracy is something that will greatly help you. Armor values: Armor values can be sometimes tricky, like you said some tanks have higher value but somehow you can pen them easier than some tanks that have lower armor values and that's because of the armor angle, the armor values you see in game are measured while those armors are in a 90 degree angle but some tanks have angled armors which means some tanks that has lower values can sometimes double that value depending on the angle of that armor. One thing you must always remember to avoid overcomplicating things is that whenever you see a flat side of an enemy tank always shoot that as it will most likely result in penetration than not. There are also tools that many good players use to check armor values just search on google WOTinspector and select Blitz so you have the proper tank models as they differ a lot from the PC version.
@@nmj1132 thanks 🙏; now as a (few weeks new, and watching videos) 300 battle veteran rookie I know most of this stuff (thanks for the aim time I could never figure it out) but putting myself in a one week beginners shoes, knowing all the tricks right in the beginning would give a big advantage. Plus even people like me who recently started, having a beginner series or playlist would help instead of watching a bajillion RU-vid videos to learn tips.
To be fair Overall armor wise the tier 9 Wz114 is better than tier 10 Wz114-SP2 not only that tier 9 wz114 got 9 degrees of gun depression unlike 7 degrees on Wz114-SP2. But yea per shot Alpha wise Wz114-SP2 better than wz114 but Wz114 got way more accuracy than Wz114-SP2. So i like Wz114 more than The Wz 114-SP2.

My teammates are like that Sheridan who throw game and blame others. I was in e4 and was holding ht flank and almost killed all of them. . All our bc25t had to do was spot enemy med and 183 and we would've won. . He was full hp too. But he decides to sit in the open and trash talk. Then one shot enemy leo 1 farmed 600 off him . Bc didn't back up. .still kept trash talking. Then got nuked by enemy 183. I lost my 5k+ match. I am noticing more players like him nowadays. Not just asian. .like every server. Droodles if you do see this comment. .pls share your opinion. .I kept that replay in storage. Hopefully it's still there.
