This weekend I had a dream, or I was in the astral, not sure....and I heard myself say... I release limiting beliefs. I I release all fears. I release anything that is not for my highest good. It was clear as I spoke it outloud, and I even did a double take to make sure I wasn't awake. I wasn't. I don't recall ever doing that. And the message was clear. Sending love and gratitude!
