Minced meat needs much longer cooking time than the times stated. Also there really is no need to add oil to the pasta cooking water when cooking. Trust me, I'm a seasoned pasta mama!

The cottage cheese in the last video doesn't look very appetising. I would use another type of cheese, perhaps ricotta?
