Wait until the poor staff have to make a third continent that is absolutely a wreck. Two conjoined dragons for the continent, firebreath, and a bunch more crazy stuff. Other then that, holy moons this is BEAUTIFUL. Congrats on the finish!

My head cannon for pantala thousands of years in the future is that all the hives were eventually taken down, and the used the materials for a more lets say inclusive city situated around the hole in the middle of the savanna. Also a lot more trees than what is here. But it is rly cool to see the hives built in Minecraft. Im eventually gonna build them in hardcore if i survive tgat long
I dont usually comment on stuff like that, but i have to say that this is insane! The whole detail to builds is incredible! The hives look almost exactly as youd expect them to look like! And the rest of the map just gives the good wof vibes! Man i Imagine that the experience playing it with the dragon survival mod would be incredible. Very well done. Thank you for taking your time in making it so the fans could witness the whole atmosphere of it! (Im bad at composing my thoughts so sorry if my comment is a mess)
Hey bro suggestion it might not be for you but have you ever thought of using mods for this because there’s the dragon survival mod and I think it would fit for this plus it adds plenty of other mods to with other animals and many other stuff which I think could fit well yet again you might not want to change the aesthetic of the world or you can’t get mods but it a suggestion if you want or can try it.
I remembered trying to read the first book. Know'll be cool, a world from the Warriors series (or similar series from the author) or Gaurdians of Ga'hoole.

This recreation is incredible! Back some years ago I tried to recreate a hive in Minecraft, but it was super simple - nothing compared to this. The one thing I wish this had is curving silk bridges, rather than them being completely flat, everything still looks amazing though! I'll have to check out the server soon. Also, what scale is the map at? Is it accurate to the book's size, or scaled down to fit the player's size?
Yeah, I think we could have done some thing differently with the silk bridges. They were tricky because often the distance to cross is way out of render distance and they are almost never a straight line, rather they are diagonal. We could have done better with making them more organic. The dimensions of the map (including surrounding ocean) is 6015x5631 blocks (equivalent to meters) which makes it about 6x5.5 kilometers (3.7x3.4 miles). That's probably much smaller than canon, but it's also designed to accommodate Minecraft player characters.
There's actually a playable dragon mod (Dragon Survival) I'd assume you'd probably love a mod like that, given that you can be an actual dragon with it.
Unfortunately not. We can't distribute the world because it would make it rather easy to cheat, but if we do ever upgrade the map (as we usually do every few years), we'll publish the map publicly. The folks in the WOFTNW community are really nice and so I recommend you try it out!

How do you play in this amazing server? I am on iPad pretty sure that’s bedrock Minecraft but if bedrock don’t work I am willing to do whatever it takes to join
