It seems like our culture only values abstract thought, especially now with social media and the Internet. Humans are moving away from beneficial practices that have been established for thousands of years. I haven't participated yet in Rafe's teachings but I'm excited for the time when I can integrate these physical movements into my lifestyle to improve my cognition, wisdom and overall life. I don't think it's about making a buck. I could be wrong, but I think it's about improving the human condition.
