If you know the temp of your BBQ that is the problem. You put the wood or coal in, light it on fire and when the flames go away then you throw the meat on the grill.
So as a chef I gotta say..... 450° tops for your grill for steak. Because it's open flame it naturally burns hotter. 500° or higher is for searing the outside. You'll burn the steak b4 it's actually edible
Get the grill as hot as you can to sear both sides with the grill lid open. Once seared turn the temp to low close the grill. Only a few mins depending on how you like your steak

Bro Pika do not grill your fuckin steaks at 5-600 degrees LOL, 400 degrees for a couple minutes on each side will get ya some nice sear marks, and give ya a good crust to lock in the flavor, flip and repeat on the other side, then turn that mf down to 350 and cook it to your liking, as always, sick fuckin vid!
Honestly… I make my own rogue content and sometimes I differ on opinions that you sometimes share. HOWEVER… I’m not stupid enough to tell you how to play Rogue. I’ve seen you do things on Rogue that I’ve thought “F*ck you! Now Rogue is going to get nerfed” after you easily 2v1 or 3v1 people. After you blow people up etc. Respect where it’s due and all that!
God that rogue is bad, and those ppl get boosted up to 2k and tell everyone how good they are. Thats why i stopped playin arena with randoms a long time ago😢

They took all of Shaman baseline utility and fkn removed it to single option choices or PvP only forced talents. Shaman have needed an actual good rework since BC and they fuck it up like every single time. Meanwhile Mages have literally all instant casts, Rogues have perma gap closers, and Fury outheals actual healer classes.
When he randomly started gouging in his opener lmfaoooooooo I haven't touched the game in years and even I could tell you that opener is literal dog water.
