This Saved the Madden Franchise... 

I started back in Madden 12 and realistically I think Madden 13, Madden 25 2014 (360/PS3 version), NCAA 14, and Madden 18 had the most pivotal gameplay & engine changes. For this upcoming game though the zig hot route change is being super slept on, EA has been pretty stingy for the last decade when it comes to pre play adjustments. For example in Madden 18 you could pull up the hud to see speed match ups against WRs and CBs before snap but they immediately took that away in M19 and has yet to be seen again until Madden 25 and CFB 25 which is really exciting.

Madden waited until NCAA25 came back to actually try lol, the game is a copy year after year and they know with NCAA back their sales are going to plummet
