If someone, is following you, you should never go home. You are leading them to your place of safety and comfort. Walk back work or store where people know you well. Maybe even get a ride to your home so they cant follow you. Can always try a fire station or police or call 911 and ask for help. DO NOT let them know where you live.

She doesn't realise he's right behind her until she's in the elevator. I'm still trying to figure out what i would really do at that point, apart from ask him which floor he's going to before pressing my own floor. But she probably instinctively just pressed the floor she wanted. The only issue is, as a woman, late at night, in a confined space with a strange man, is it safer to engage in conversation or not at all. There are so many variables.

@@mapsandstuff2923Right on...The original post is valid, but in THIS particular instance, there isn't a store or fire station around, so like you mentioned, she instinctively did what she did...imo, if she woulda suddenly decided not to enter her apartment & turn back toward the elevator, I believe that the creep woulda then made his move...So in this unique, particular case, job well done by the woman!!

It appeared she wasn’t aware he was following her until she was in the elevator. Whatever she did or didn’t do, someone will always find a way to blame victims.

The "ghostly" apparition standing next to the man in the coffin is actually the camera strap hanging in front of the lens....... it's inside the focal range so appears blurred BUT you can plainly see its shadow cast on the floor from the flash and it shows that the strap is a loop not a "pair of ghostly limbs".

Agreed... I commented that it was fake. Who takes a Pic of the floor? It was not a Pic meant for the poor man in the casket. The center point of the photo is the floor. This is 100% not a ghost. But if it makes this man's family feel better, that this is this man's spirt, then so be and God bless them. Who am I to say it's not his ghost, right?

That's right ladies and gentlemen always stay in yellow alert! Trust nothing and no one that you don't know. When you're entering your cars day or night watch your back look around, keep your keys at the ready as you approach your car. Don't just blindly walk near corners. Walk away from the corner as you approach so you can get a better visual of what's behind that corner.

Exactly...also remember, while walking to our cars late at night or whatnot, most of us have a panic alarm button on our key fobs...you always have that option to use it in case of an emergency!!

If followed into a lift by a stranger press a different button, get off at a floor before yours, preferably where there are people you at least recognise & knock on their doors till you find someone in. Pretend to want to ask something about whether they have heard odd noises in the building, or heard about a residents meeting if necessary.

I like the idea of banging on several doors. I would if I was a resident in that building like to believe any woman feeling scared know she can knock on my door as a safety measure... That guy freaks me out. There is zero doubt his intentions where not good. If a guy doesn't hit their floor, then you have to assume they have bad intentions, as you very often have some idea of your neighbors. I get the feeling she was very lucky. I would post the persons photo down in the lobby and the front doors to the buildling asking if anyone knows this person. That way if the person see their photo on the front door it should hopefully scare them away from following them or someone else at least in that building....

Ladies, make eye contact with any man who enters an elevator with you (NOT the wide eyes of terror, but in a calm assured manner). Do not EVER turn your back to him but keep him in your peripheral vision. Trust your gut. If he is wearing a mask, get him to say something by asking "what floor do you want" or "you're the guy from 11C, right"? You will want to know what their voice sounds like and what their face looks like in a police line up situation. Predators are encouraged by women who are too afraid to look at them. Never EVER lead a man to your apartment. Pretend you forgot something and return to the lobby, or knock on the neighbors door. Men are looking for an easy target, not one who is aware and engaging. And for the men: be understanding of the precarious situation that all women and girls are in every single day of their lives. Don't give a woman a hard time for not trusting you. She doesn't KNOW you.

Vid 1 the bottles moving could be explained by unstable floor and as the person walks past it shakes the stand and an unstable bottle topples over knocking the other bottles down as well. It may be unstable if it was not sitting flat on the stand.......just a thought. Especially as the bottle doesn't tumble UNTIL the person walks back past the end of the stand.

Unless it was later photoshopped the thing next to the body is likely the camera strap getting in the way of the lens. The flash illuminates it and being so close up creates that level of blur. The "dark figure" is someone in a halloween costume. The bottle cap probably did come off from gas pressure, with the light being a reflection as it starts to move

Both liquid clips are something called "plastic hyper burp" it can happen in both plastic or glass. It's been documented before...it's still a cool act of physics caught on camera!

First one, slim possibility, if there is a basement and the floor is wood, the woman may have stepped on just the right spot for the floor to vibrate and make the bottle fall over. Again, a slim possibility.
