If u watched the entire drama u will know how much he cherished and loved her being around him. He said for the first 17 years he struggled to keep his name alive, she was his sunshine who bought him light, she was the one who brought him confidence as his parents never supported him due to his prodigy brother, she was reason for his success and he dreamed about starting a family with her for so many years.

I’m seeing a lot of people telling the wrong story The whole part of him being a little angry or rude was because his mother wanted him to go back to his hometown to study Suyang if I’m not mistaken But he had already promised her to go to the same uni with him and so he was really upset and didn’t know how to tell her that he would have to move so he gave her the cold shoulder obvs she then got hurt cz she thought he found her annoying but he then eventually apologised and told the friend group everything and they were all fine Btw the two do actually end up going to the same Uni❤❤
Yeah, but the friend group found out by themselves so when she got to know it from them instead of Rang Rang, she felt annoying again, and the misunderstanding was truly heartbreaking
When the people in her school said that she was annoying for zhang lurang she didn't distance herself from him until he himself kind of said it like she really loved him and brooo this scene was honestly so heartbreaking to watch 😢😢😞

This is actually the opposite story. The male lead was a little bit upset for his family problems that's why he said that. The female lead was upset for this just for a little while, she even thought (in a positive way) that she's actually disturbing him coz she has a bubbly personality & average student while he was totally opposite version of him. About the second boy, he was her cousin.
This scene literally broke my heart when I watch any dramas I feel the characters like ik it’s just acting but I actually dealt with something close to drams like bullying losing friends insecurities family issues and more i literally cry when I see a sad drama I genuinely think that’s the reason when I see a sad drama like cheer up or true beauty on Netflix it’s cuz I get it 😢❤
