wow the cabin in the making !!! I have seen so many of the CP vids I missed this one, its like to conception of so many great pick n flips to come and a new future at home with Kith n Kin. Valhalla.
Looks great Kevin, under the tv would be a nice place for a dvd / game shelf,or a small chair or two or couch to have the young hustlers in there with dad when your working, stay healthy and keep smiling👍
Nice to see the close to finished Cabin. I’ve not had much time for RU-vid so far this year. I’m about 4 and a half month behind. Looking forward to catching up.
Nice job on your cabin you have such a beautiful view. I like your built in storage and that you are leaving it flexible. I agree anything on wheels is always best as it will be easy to move and rearrange as your needs change.
Kevin, Congrats to your entire family for this Huge accomplishment. I have a few suggestions for you that I noticed about the cabin. First, behind the door to the cabin is a great place to hang a ladder (low profile ladder) that way it will be out of the way. Second, the front door and windows need mini blinds so people cannot see inside. Third, for extra security/safety it would be a good idea to put a deadbolt on the door and a Ring Security Cam (so you will know what’s going on outside of the cabin at all times.) Your cabin is not immune to being broken into because people can find out your address even though you may take all the precautions to keep that from happening. These are just a few tips to insure Eneman stays safe! Thanks for your great content! Ben & Teresa
I love your eBay cabin. The design is well thought out. Love all of your videos! We are a eBay selling, homeschooling family as well. Nice to find like minded people near by. Signed, your neighbor down the road in Roanoke!
07/18/2023 I don't know if you will ever see a post this new on a video this old. I have a few questions about your shed. How and when do you run the A/C and/or Heater? Do you only run them when you are working in the shed? Does your inventory survive alright when the A/C and/or Heater are not operating them? How large of an A/C and/or Heat unit are you using and how much is it costing you extra over your house bill? And, a non-related question: How do you keep unwanted critters out of the shed and from eating holes in the shed? Thanks, Doug
Isn't it amazing how much you can fit in a cabin like that? I love building/craftsman videos! I, too, love the background of your shipping table. Very clean and classy. I'm excited to see what your next cabin will look like. Do you have any "sneak preview" thoughts that you can share with us?
I have a suggestion about the space behind your door that seems to bother you. Why don’t you have a shelving system just deep enough to hold CDs, DVDs, VHS, etc. It won’t take up a lot of room and I haven’t seen where you store those items. Love your cabin.
Congrats!! The Commonwealth Cabin looks amazing. Travis and Lisa did a wonderful job of bringing your vision to life. I love it! I hope everyone is well. Take care❣️
The cabin is absolutely amazing! Very well thought-out and great use of space. My favorite part has to be the box storage area and how they all have their own cubby. Congrats!
It’s so cool how you recorded the stages of the cabin coming to now, it’s magnificent! Oh my love the idea of naming the shelves and bins❤️❤️ Congrats to you all! 🎊🎉💯🦋oh I love the pink flowers and Boots!! 💕
@@CommonwealthPicker grateful for everyday.... your doing a great job with the kids also I want to mention - they are learning some life lessons. Hope to meet up before next School year. Take care.
I think I may have to move to Virginia lol bc u have so much yard space. I need all of that with my 4 kids and the houses look beautiful there. Congratulations on your cabin they did an excellent job bc it came out great. And is your dog a shitzu? Bc we had one just like yours. They are such good dogs.
Looks great Kevin! Always fun to look back at how a project came to fruition. It has to be exciting being able to finally move in there and run your business from there. I hope you blessed it with an Eneman first! ;)
It's funny I through some insulation and sheetrock up in my eBay room and call it good for now and you create a retail looking shop out of yours. It looks really awesome.
Wow! You all did an Awesome job on the CC. Wonder how long it's going to be before you outgrow it and need a bigger place? The bigger the space gets the more you tend buy sometimes. Hopefully things sell as fast as you bring it in.
Do you have any tutorials (or know another reseller who does?) on how to start a reseller channel? What equipment? What's the best way to edit? The overall things you've learned along the way?
Hi, looks great ! Regarding the door, how about having it swing open onto the "outside" ....not sure if that would be doable (may have to buy a new door) or would cost a lot to reverse it now. Good Luck. I'm Virginian, too but living in Northern Virginia.
@@CommonwealthPicker He's probably still upset you wouldn't give him a dollar to spend, a dollar to save and a dollar to donate when he helped out with the Homeschool Hustlers' sale.
@@CommonwealthPicker Thank the Lord she is ok. Do you know what happened? What did the Vet say? LOL Maybe we just need a video update. God bless you all.
