shrine isn’t gutted. the point was never to let you get high INVESTMENT cards without INVESTING into them, idk why people don’t understand that. the point has always been to allow you to make unique builds that go past the stat limit, such as prediction on a heavy frost that’d have 0 int without shrine, or grand javelin on a fortitude attunementless build. it’s meant to compliment your builds, not define them, and it still gives 70~ points alongside a flaw which is still good, and the fact that you don’t understand why mantra levels staying up is a bad thing is just baffling.
