if u wanna stack HP on Sion the most effecient way is to play him as support and try to finish the support item as quick as possible ( maybe 10-12 mins. ) and sell it to buy Vigilant Wardstone then quit the support role and roam get kill and farm as you want vigilant wardstone 12% bonus HP will cover the HP you lost from the first 10-13mins. support quest at 30 mins. you will atleast 1000+ bonus HP from Vigilant Wardstone alone + Heartsteel if you have titanic and demonic embrace they will also benefit from Vigilant Wardstone 12% AD and AP

The funniest way to play sion. Spell: teleport Kill minions till level 6. Split push whenever enemy team bounces using teleport and ult. If the team is winning, gg If the team losing hard, defend twin turret. You'll have so much health just from farming. And sunfire? Not gonna be easy to end
