Blade should be in a horror flic as opposed to a regular Marvel superhero movie. There are a number of characters in Marvel's lineup that would make good horror movie characters. In the 1960's before the Comic Code marvel published a number of horror and alien themed stories that could be done in a Twilight Zone or Horror type of stories.

Blade was created in 1973 it should be in the public domain in the whereabouts of 48 year from now. If they're creating a female version of the character, it's because they're hoping to have another 100 years from he original creation. DC has done this with Barry Allen replacing Jay Garrick and then Wally West replacing Barry Allen. They did this with Jade being the daughter of the original Green Lantern. Blade was successfully introduced to the audience in the 1990's so re-introducing him may not have felt necessary although there's a two generations that were not around when he was. I'm not getting the emotional meltdown over this.

Well if we all remember back in like 2019, I think, everyone was demanding to marvel that they shouldn’t recast T’Challa because of how good Chadwick’s role was. And Disney tries way too hard to please fans, but not actually please fans but to make more money. The only reason Disney has been making everything gay these days was because of the popularity the LGBT community was receiving and so Disney wants to attract more attention, which I don’t get why, they already have so many fans and so much money. They literally bought fox, and a whole bunch of other stuff, I don’t get why they need more money. They’re making enough money as is.
