Idk why exactly but I need to stay on semen retention to keep a clear head, otherwise I just drop back into old patterns. Or maybe it's the devil being sneaky af Anyway just wanted to mention this for all the people who struggle seeing clearly or having a feeling of being stuck in the past: Even for women, try it out, after 3-4 days I become very clear in my thinking and "random" shame and fear almost completely subsides. I get angry more easily but I think that's just because I don't know how to deal with that state of mind. Also even if I get angry, it's mostly controlled anger, I can just feel it or act on it. But don't sit in the anger, either act or get space. Don't let your anger get to a point where it hurts yourself just because you don't want to hurt others even if they are acting out of line or because you don't feel worthy of repremanding someone. Maybe exactly because you did all of that shit earlier in your life, now you know what's "right or wrong" Use your discernment and if you want to put someone in their place, just have a normal conversation with them, don't wait until frustration or anger bursts out. And yes I am talking about myself here 😂😂
