“My sheep hear my voice and they follow me,” said Jesus. I have travelled to many places and lived in three countries, but I would have loved to have walked where Jesus walked. There is a beautiful hymn by Steve Darmody called “Today, I walked where Jesus walked,” listen in, brothers and sisters. Not to worry if we never got to the Holy Land. Heaven will be the supreme Holy Land and Jesus will walk with us forever!!! Thank you for sharing these interesting details - places and the manger, and the door into it, where Jesus preached in all the synagogues, including Gamla! - sharing your trip to Israel with us, Brandon- we do learn something of value from you. God bless🙏🏼😍
Schizophrenia has some people 'hearing voices' but those voices are not coming from a Godly direction. When a person receives communication from God, from The Lord, from The Holy Spirit, God will provide they know and understand the communication is coming from God, is from God. The communication may come through the heart, in the mind, as a sound verbal or otherwise. It is not a challenge, as to challenge your experience or God, as humans are not to test or challenge God. GOD's realness, is real. 🙌🤗🙌🙌
Your message was indeed Heaven sent. I’m 78 yrs old. Plan a trip to Israel in May. Since the first of the year I’ve been hit with so much financial problems, doubt, fear that I wasn’t smart enough to figure out the insurance, but most of all if I could over come the pain I have been experiencing in my legs. Then this last week in was diagnosed with COVID. Praise God I’d had all my shots and my doctor had prescribed medication to help me through. I have a lot of faith but I have had moments to doubt. Then God lead me to your tube channel. Praise God your story has lifted me up, filled me with hope. Thank you so much for sharing, I’m blessed to e leaving for. Israel May 5th. I’m also thankful I got my have to walk2-3 miles a day. May God continue to bless you.❤🙏
I went when I was 12. I'm 42 now. I'm STILL to this day making new connections stemming from that trip. 💕 I would love to go again. If anybody is able, seize this opportunity!
I had the same experience when I walked through the city gate at Capernaum. We were told that it has been excavated to the level it would have been at the time of Jesus.
I've been to Israel twice (2016 and 2018) and I absolutely resonate with your enthusiasm of being in the place described in the Bible. We mostly stuck to Old Testament sites except when we went to the Galilee. Seeing ancient Shiloh where the tabernacle stood, Elon Moreh where God spoke with Abraham in Gen 12:6; seeing Shechem (now Nablas), and The Mounts of Gerizim and Ebal from Deut 11 and 27. Standing there knowing that the rocks in those places were witness to the voice of God is much like what you experienced with the threshold at Gamla. I have never heard the "Israel is the fifth Gospel" saying, but I certainly understand the sentiment. If one can't believe the Bible after visiting there, they have little hope.
Wow, I got Holy Ghost bumps when you talked about Jesus teaching in Gamla! Praise God, it must have been a place that you didn't want to leave, Brandon! Thank you for sharing your experience with us today!
I don't think I'll ever be able to go to Israel, so I appreciate you putting this together for us. I'm excited about Him coming to take us to where He is right now. Then eventually we'll all end up in the land at his second coming, and later in the New Jerusalem...praise God! Thank you. God bless you, and protect you! 🇨🇦
My favorite spot is the synagogue at Magdala on the Sea of Galilee. 100% a place where Jesus taught. And fortunately a place that disappeared early and did not get built over. It was just discovered only about 20 years ago when excavating for a cathedral just outside the town that was thought to be Magdala. The whole northwestern sector of the Sea of Galilee is so cool because it looks so much like it did in Jesus time. Obviously there are a few places around Jerusalem that are from the time of jesus, but they are few and far between.
I saw these in Israel too but they reminded me of where I grew up. We called them game trails. I grew up in the W. US. Rocky Mts. All the animals built their trails where the best places to walk were to be found on the steep sides of the mts as they looked for grazing and places to find water. People used them too. They were always the "right path." Good stuff.
Thank you Brandon. I love your perspective! Some of the spots you have gone to were not on my pilgrimage list when I was there. So it’s really cool to see extra things that I didn’t see. I enjoy watching various peoples videos who have gone to the holy land and their perspectives. But the big thing for me no matter where I walked there was to walk in the footsteps of Jesus. And honestly just the deep heartfelt belief and knowledge that He was there causes my heart to rejoice. You may think I’m a little crazy but I believe that in the air in the ground and then everything there was some molecule or sell of Jesus. When I sat and meditated on the hill of the Mount of Transfiguration I just imagined how It was to climb that difficult mountain and I pictured Peter James and John going up there together with Jesus. What else hit me was the extremely excellent physical condition you had to be in that area walking all over the place. And I know that Jesus was in probably the most perfect condition and shape as we’re probably the apostles as well. Oh this is so deeply emotional and beautiful. Thank you for your input as well it just adds more to the depth and beauty of the whole thing. God bless you!
I would love to travel to the lands of Jesus! To walk where He walked would be life changing! Sorry I will never get there! Thanks for doing what you do, Brandon!
There are so many places where He walked but to actually know with a very high percent of accuracy that He was right there had to be absolutely exhilarating and spiritual all in one.
Shabbat Shalom Brandon! This was an amazing video! Your passion for the love of Yeshua is so refreshing. 💝🙏😇📖 I got chills as you spoke. Thank you and many blessings!📖🙏
"Going and out and finding pasture"... this partial verse reminds me of crossing over the threshold of the synagogue and then having to cross it again to leave and go about ones daily activities.
I'll never have the resources to go. Spent my 30s and 40s carrying for a disabled husband and special needs kids. Makes me very sad. But doing what He wanted me to do makes HIM happy with me. So I'm sure He will show me these places when I go home to be with Him.
Dear Susan, you did, what God wanted you to do. I believe, the real important events are happening in our heart and in the spiritual, heavenly world, not in this earth. God is near you, where ever you are: at the Northpole, at the archeological sites in Israel, where Yeshua walked and preached and in your own house. I understand your wish, to walk this places, but be sure, every step you do, God holds your hand. I allow myself to pray for you for His peace in your heart.
@@kathidori8504 I'm fully at peace with my decisions. For the first time in my life, I am happy with who I am. I am terrified at the thought of flying - I'm less than 200lbs, and I'm too heavy to fly. That multi-ton plane should not be able to fly, in my mind. I know the science behind it, but my irrational brain won't accept it> The ONLY way I would get on an airplane is if I were going to Israel. That would be worth the anxiety.
Thank you Brandon for sharing your Holy Land experiences with us!! What an absolute blessing & thrill to walk where Jesus walked!! God bless you for your love& devotion to God’s Word!! May He continually bless you & your family!!😍😍😍😍
Brandon, you make Scripture and Jesus’ life come so alive! Your pictures of these places and your accompanying explanations and clarifications allow me to picture myself walking right in those same places and experience those same thrilling feelings as you have experienced! I’d love to go to the Holy Land but I worry about making the same trip you did walking up he mountains. God bless you and shower you with abundant blessings! Your videos bless me every time I watch them!❤️✝️❤️
I have always said that if there one place I would go is the Holy Land, if there's just one place I could go back in time just for a few days is where Jesus was it would be something out of this world to see him and listen to this holy man everything he said, can you imagine that! It's nice to dream. Thank you so much.
I would love to see Israel. To walk where the Lord walked. To see the Bible come true right in front of your eyes. Thanks for sharing your videos. I always look forward to them.
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences in the Holy Land Brandon. I would adore to be able to travel there one day. I'm so happy for you that you got to walk where Jesus walked. Godbless you Brother Much love Lynda xxxx
Thank you my brother this is the best I ever seen or been to I've been around the world through this channels 13 and all them good channels that bring it to me thank you so much that was amazing but why am I not surprised you found it and you brought it to me thank you my brother
The line of "Jeruselem how.l9ng I have longed to gather you as a hen gathers her chicks" is not from a play. It is a quote from the "apocryphal" book 4 Ezra. Nearly everything Messiah said has reference in prior scripture.
Instead of downloading, can I get that book link sent to my email? Please? I don't want anymore downloads on my phone. Thank you. Brandon you are a godsend. Your insights are a very bright candle. Thank you for not hiding it under a bush. Amen.
Great video. Hope you have, or will make it to Cesarea Philippi. To see where Jesus stood on the big rock near the "Gates of Hell" where He said He would build His Church and the aforementioned gates would not withstand it.
@@BrandonRobbinsMinistry Saw Dr. Michael Heisers take on that event. and it brought me a new understanding of "upon this rock" and also a better understanding about " the gates of Hell will not 'prevail' against it." Heiser stated a better and more accurate translation would be the gates of hell would not withstand it. Which puts the Church on the forward foot, as opposed to a defensive stand
I like your enthusiasm Brandon. You didn't mention it, but perhaps you thought when you were in Sepphoris, looking at the stones there and knowing Jesus was a stonemason, that it is likely Jesus actually placed and fitted the stones of Sepphoris along with His father Joseph.
Paths of righteousness are just that as Jesus Christ taught. It has nothing to do with those physical paths you followed. Those are just symbolic. Jesus Christ was crystal clear " If you love me follow my commandments". God Bless you.
Saw this (Bible land tours w/Brandon) coming a mile away. Not like there aren't plenty of groups doing it, right? It's a great way for pastors to get groups of people to fund a pastor's journeys to Israel! If it's well done, the pastor/leader can get a free trip to Israel EVERY YEAR, on the back of his congregation. Wow!
Or…having been to the Holy Land I realized just how powerful it is to be in that space and look forward to the opportunity to share those things with people and help them to see scripture with an entirely new set of eyes. 🙂
@@BrandonRobbinsMinistry I thought Israel and it's environs are a land / country, not a "space." And stepping over a threshold of a synagogue holds no mystical sensation beyond what an individual pours into it. Should we all collect dirt from a place where Jesus stood to have a religious sense that we are standing where He stood, even though the dirt He stood upon has long ago been blown or washed away? Is this the experience Jesus calls us to, clinging to places where He walked or stood, as if it transmits to us some spiritual, esoteric experience from the land itself to those who can afford to make such a journey? Have we forgotten that all the earth is ours, and the new heavens, and the new earth are ours when Christ returns? This is the truly amazing journey to holy land established by God, in the new heavens and new earth.
I was wondering if the tour package you took was the Jesus trail Hiking tour? Hopefully you brought electrolytes with you. That’s a difficult hiking tour on a hot weather especially in the desert. I went on a tour but mostly concentrated in Jerusalem and it was late October and it was still hot. Good thing we brought electrolyte packets with us.
And here I thought following a path of righteousness was something spiritual. It turns out to be just sheep paths. Interesting and depressing at the same time.
I would like to give you some feedback about your use of your voice in your videos. Firstly, I enjoy the content of your videos. Thank you for making them. When you use your voice to convey information and you are wanting to make a point. Your voice raises in pitch and when it does you add very little modulation to your voice. You maintain this pitch/loudness/level for extended periods of time. It becomes quite tiring to listen to. May I suggest that when you wish to make a point, you emphasise that point, and then allow your voice to drop back into a normal volume and cadence. Your dialogue seems to go on for quite a long time without any pay off. Consider planning which parts of your video you will use your voice emphasis for rather than building up to a particular point over an extended period of time. It will be more impactful and allow your audience to really enjoy listening to your voice, without it becoming shouty. Keep making great videos and I will continue to watch.
In a couple of your videos you say that the trails on the mountainside are 'paths of righteousness'. Is that a modern application, or is there some Bible source or archeological source for that idea? It's a cool thought, but I'd like to make sure it's a cool Bible thought before passing it along.
What if you have to go to dialysis ? Are you still able to go? Is there dialysis over there ? I don’t want this condition to hinder me from stepping where JESUS stepped.
Please don’t alter history. Our calendar in use today is based on the birth of Jesus. It is not ce as you refer to By stating common era your political correctness shows. By removing our Saviour from your calendar it try’s to be inclusive to all. Jesus wasn’t inclusive. He said only through me do you achieve salvation.
