I also think the resiliency to come back from 3 INT’s speaks volumes about him as a winner and leader… can’t not give it to the kid, what an effort and what greatness he showed not only coming back but putting that nail in the coffin in the clutch!
Love to see a little pre season action from the boys. The QB battle is all over the map. I was thinking it’s an ez Pennington bench after that first half, but tbh I think he showed he has more upside if it can be controlled by the end of the game. We’re defo gonna have to run em both, frankly l think Long also looked pretty dynamic, what a fight we have on our hands folks
Long might sneak into a starting QB role next season if he develops his passing this season. I think Pennington should be the starter because it looks like you won't be able to do much to prevent Braxton from leaving. You can't add nationally televised games, so idk how you would increase his brand exposure. Maybe by going undefeated or winning the conference? Idk, looks like he is going to transfer regardless, so it doesn't make sense to develop him
Yeah the dealbreaker on Braxton definitely doesn’t favor him like u said and will weight heavily in the decision. I was impressed with Long too, but he didn’t have to make any throws deep in a prevent defense, but short throws he was good
@@ChristianForman22honestly I wouldn’t want to be able to edit ratings personally as that would just let you max out everyone on your roster which in my opinion defeats the entire point, that said however I do think we should be allowed to edit things like jersey numbers and gear and the names for the auto generated recruits
Pennington deserves the starting spot. He’s a year younger than Braxton so he should be able to develop, he also has the higher overall, and is able to throw more accurate on short passes (maybe need to base the offense more around that). Payne also looked very impressive. Should be a great season. Long also looks great, maybe get him some looks towards the end of games that are blowouts.
I feel like Braxton played better. Yes Little Pennington had the game winner and had the comeback, but he threw 3 picks in the first half, against good teams that’s gonna bury you and put you down 21+ forsure. Have Braxton start, and you still have Little Pennington as a backup if it’s not working out and for sure for next season.
based on this game it seems like quarter lengths might need to be made a bit longer. I've had good luck so far with 10-12 min quarters and accelerated play clock on and set to 20
Question for RTG I saw that if you have a 3.7 gpa for your first three years you can graduate early so you don’t have to worry about your grades your senior season… but if you redshirt your freshman year (you redshirt if you ride the bench the entire season) does that mean you don’t have to worry about your gpa for your junior and senior year?

Very exited to see how your team does and dor the series i have mine on all american and 10 minute quarters and my first game was against southern illinois and im using the aztecs it was 56 to 50 i lost lol so i just lowered my quartes to 8 minutes to see how thay does i wish the stars qould give a play count

Honestly I think I liked Braxton’s play more and I feel like Pennington should probably sit back a year to develop more, however Braxton being a transfer risk is alarming but I’ve seen in other videos that doesn’t guarantee they will transfer however if he does I would vote in favor of letting him and then facing his new team in week 1 of year 2
