Totally agree with this! Coming from an IT background of over 30 years in the trenches, I've realised that I have been involved in automating business solutions in some way or other from the early days long before AI became a thing. It's so true that you need to understand a business's challenges and pain points before even thinking about what solutions to offer, otherwise, your client will find it difficult to see exactly how the systems you put in place are helping them. The result? they stop using the system and you lose the client. Probably with a bad review just for good measure! It would be really great if you could make that other video on your client evaluation breakdown and how you decide on what automation, AI and otherwise would help them. Thanks Liam!

Thank you Liam! I wasn't even being able to sell for my FATHER that has a field service company. When I watched your vid and this clicked, I sold a 3k project in 10 minutes because I told him what HIM wanted to hear. And on last day I sold more 2 new projects of Chatbot+CRM+Payment here in Brazil. We're in this tech bubble and we normaly think that people will listen to the word AI, and think in the endless possibilities to solve anything. But the truth is, they just don't. They'll not conect these dots. So the only job we have to do is: LISTENING AND HELPING them to understand, seamlessly, for what reason would be tragical if they not hire you. Flip the table on how US are the ones that the time is more pretious, we are the trully opportunities! Not them for 'given ears' to us.
