As a new streamer that is struggling to get viewers, I will not watch a stream unless that channels has under 10 viewers. I specifically search for the smallest streamer i can find because they are truly the ones who need the most help. I know how it feels. I just finished a 3 hour stream with zero viewers. The next channel I view will be somebody who is experiencing the same type of stream, and give that channel what i couldn't get. I try to think outside the box on Twitch. Would i give money to a rich man standing next to a homeless man? The logic of twitch users is astounding to me. Who needs the support? A streamer with 6k viewers or a streamer with none? My channel with probably never grow as i possess this mentality, but i would rather have heart and soul than popularity and fame. 1000%

Another great tip I've found is to make some streamer friends or join a community. Trust me, if you go raid other streamers and engage in their streams or casually hang out in chats, they're going to remember you. And very often, they'll return the favour. My partner and I are both VTubers, and most of our growth has come from joining a VTuber group and just hanging out/chatting.

I remember my older brother got around 30 ccv by doing mario maker and crash bandicoot speedruns. Though he told me one of the best starting communities was Diablo for him. Not many people were streaming it (immortal and 4 weren't announced) and he'd get raided every night by bigger members who stuck by even when he shifted games.

Another banger glad to learn some more of this unforgiving platform And would also like to throw in some 2 cents, I have been noticing the sonic games are a pretty good option to start off as well, (mostly retro) but has like 1 to 3 people playing at a time and I know a lot of people that are always down to watch sonic, its a great game to start off with, and bonus you get to play a retro game Spooky Gang

Do you have any advice when it comes to streaming a game like Call of Duty Vanguard? I’ll stream for 1-2 hours of multiplayer with 2-3 viewers while streaming however when I log off and check my twitch profile 6 hours later my recorded stream will have 30 views.

So the views on the past broadcasts are just people who came in and out or saw your stream. I don't really have any good advice for getting views on call of duty other than get extremely good or extremely entertaining and make your stream different than everyone elses

You likely won't grow just by streaming anymore. You'll have to utilize some of the tips in the video to grow if you're only streaming on Twitch

Well, this will be easy starting out, Fiesta online never even has more than 3 or 4 people streaming at once and usually they are Euro streams and not in english. The hard part would be converting people to other stuff.

This is why I stopped streaming on twitch. They really don't care about small streamers. I shouldn't have to play a certain game to get noticed on a "game streaming" platform. Now they're claiming to fix discoverability, which will be bs. Twitch only doing that cause of how TikTok is gaining more game streamers. Think about it, twitch dropped "Twitch Studio" knowing TikTok dropped the same type of program which works wonders for their game streamers.

There are people looking the big streamers up directly , the discovery should target people that aren’t getting viewers after 5 years of 12 hour streams . That's a real big issue. I'd recommend just dealing with the noise or get really good at a game.

To be fair, this is a bandaid fix to getting viewers for as long as you are playing that specific game. Most viewers will leave once you switch games, which you will. Sure sometimes one or two people will follow, but after a while, they will drop off too.

This is an advice for english people only cause, if you talk another language, your percentage to have people of the same your country that talk your language too is veeeeeeeeeery very low, almost impossibile. I stream nich games and sometime i have viewers but after 1 minute they left cause, of course, i talk italian and not english. That sucks honestly and, to me, Twtich need to separate servers from country to country, otherwise growing is just impossible.
