This Story's SO SAD..! (PROJECT SHADOW) 

Can't wait to see Shadow's arc in the movie. Hopefully they adapt it faithfully and don't make him an edgelord.. unlike his own game.

Shadow trust Maria so much that he never resented her and never questioned what she did to save him. For the rest, he was treated as a tool. A tool to find a cure, a tool to use as a weapon, still an object, never a living being with his mind. Only Maria (and many years later Sonic, Amy and Rouge) treated him like a person.

I love that line by Dr Gerald: “stay focused Shadow”! As we see in the games, before SEGA started portraying him as an edge lord, Shadow would always be focused on the objective.

The sound of regret from the GUN Member before shooting Maria though, gives me same energy from Sonic X when a GUN veteran had regrets in killing Maria

if theres not enough screen time on Shadows origin story then i will consider this cannon

When I too saw this video, I was MIND BLOWN!! It was SOOOOO GOOD, I HAD to tell another friend of mine that’s also a huge Shadow fan about it!! When I was younger, I wanted to write his background story like a novel but I couldn’t do it. I think I should redo it. 🤔 I’ve always loved him and I saw his sweet side, even though Sega doesn’t show it to us. But I’m glad I got to see this video. And I’m glad you did too! It’s EXTREMELY well made! 😅
