israel does have a tunnle detection system, its used on specific findings and is very classified to the public, no one really knows what technology is being used or how

Tunnels are many meters away from the surface, so this technology wouldn't work. There are other technologies for tunnel detection, though they allegedly only work with shallow tunnels.

They actually did, many years ago, that's how they managed to destroy all the attack tunnels Hamas made from Gaza to enter Israel. I was also very surprised that was possible.
