Copyright is one of the most broken and abused systems that exist tbh. It's especially bad in music where you can get sued for playing the same notes that are present in another song despite the entirety of the song being very different.

This is genuinely stupid for Roblox to do. And its genuinely hypocritical and Ironic for them to say that they keep everyone safe and civil on their, despite the fact they have so many: -Copyrighted UGCs on the marketplace. -People passing their community violations and standards. -AND lots of false accusations against innocent players.

I''m very mad right now, of all the things they could have taken down, they freaking deleted the KreekCraft Hat. As people have said in the comments, people also have made: - MANY copyrighted UGCs - MANY not family-friendly items - MANY FALSE ACCUSATIONS - and other stuff. I'm sick of the roblox moderation, the P2W games, people getting terminated for no reason, the people who... do stuff to children online, and many other things. I am on the verge of quitting, and I regret every single penny I spent on this platform. I am VERY disappointed in this community and heck even roblox themselves. And to all the people saying "It's not that deep bro", I've been playing roblox for 6 YEARS and it has BEEN GOING DOWNHILL EVER SINCE I'VE STEPPED ONTO THIS PLATFORM from what I have seen. So yeah, I'M SICK OF THIS. I need something to do *_other_* than playing roblox.

If this infact was Roblox, saying it was ok just for them to change their mind is just messed up. The whole reason you ask for Roblox permission is so you don't end up in this situation, and now they might have put him in it anyway. I truly hope this was an error, or something that went wrong with the system, and in worst case scenario, at least it was a false DMCA strike. I didn't see anyone mention about Peek UGS here, since his community is the one responsible for the deletion of your hat. This same case happened to SharkBlox and a few of his items that had a bit of "blood" on the decal, and on Peek UGS's Discord server, talk about deleting and targeting people happen, as before your item got deleted, they were talking how it was "free", meaning they had an easy target to go after.

Roblox deleted a couple of clothing items that i bought not so long ago, maybe like a month ago or smt. I never got a refund for them and it’s been 2 weeks since.
