Really hope you guys enjoy the video! This build is a lot of fun. I've had a blast testing out some of these newer builds with the perk reworks. Let me know what you've been experimenting with below! This video just kind of shows why the report system is a joke, and how players will just report you for anything.
Wow I didn’t know there was any xenomorph mains on RU-vid :) I like to run gift of pain, floods of rage, nurse’s, and pair res. Now with the new changes I’m super excited to try some of the builds in this video
That TTV doesn't even know you lose endurance after a conspicuous action lol. Playing with friends on a discord call is so overpowered, you don't even need to know basic game mechanics to do well.
@@LappyAwoo yeah, like I mentioned, I don’t typically do the whole salt farming, but they threw a whole fit in end game chat I had to see if why. Once I saw how upset they were, I didn’t say anything, just took the report and left. To act like anything in that match was my fault and not theirs is wild lol.
@@dat_lamp what’s even funnier is that they got mad at me and they didn’t even try to heal? Like, I even call it out. She worked on a gen while the other teammate went down to get the save and stuck the gen while I was in the shack with them lol.
@DeBolttheBear Had a similar issue on my stream earlier, using Tier 1 of Phobia on Doctor and was taking it slow. However, the moment I let them get me down to 2 Gens and started picking up steam they started to fold. Just got every insult and report thrown at me for anti heals haha.
Remember when behavior said they don't even acknowledge reports for tunneling, slugging and all the other made up survivor rules in an actual TWAB yet morons still keep reporting those offensives as if its going to do anything XD
It really does reduce the integrity of the reporting system when people (even embarrassingly streamers.. who have people watching and maybe learning from them and looking up to them) .. when these people report killers for “slugging”.. Literally one word in the report.. “slugging”.. which is not even a reportable offense. I dunno whether it’s more sad.. or ridiculous that people report others for that.. shameful IMO
@@The_FadedLine I absolutely agree. It makes it a joke of a system when the developers need to tell people this over and over. And even in the off chance someone was griefing like this, my gameplay clearly shows that wasn’t even the case.
@@DeBolttheBear another interesting build idea The no escape Chase build Predator Lethal pursuer I’m all ears Rapid brutality Add-ons Improvised cattle prod Semiotic keyboard
Good job handling that first match. With DBD being a failed esport and so many comp teams as well as the general competitiveness, so many people take an otheriwse silly game super serious. It's a slippery slope that leads to a lot of toxicity in a game where Leon Kennedy runs away from a Xenomorph carrying Alan Wake and a Dwight Faitfield, who's supposed to be terrified of everything, blinding and stunning Dracula, THE Lord of Darkness, with a common household flashlight. The competitiveness and toxicity is what kept me away from DBD for a long time and I've only started playing since I saw the Alien chapter trailer. It's also why a lot of the builds I use are gimmicky or not used for meta, because the meta is just so boring. Great games today, nice seeing Alien Instinct get value. It's a little underrated in my opinion.
I agree, I do think Alien Instinct can REALLY shine with some of these new perks coming out. Any anti heal build will be nice! Thanks again, you're absolutely right, I just wanted to highlight how abused the report system actually is for no reason.
That's true, Alien Instinct is definitely slept on though. Gift of pain gives you some good incentive to stay injured as well too though. Like the idea.
Thank you! I think they were prepared for me to just let the unhook happen in the basement lmao. And I guess I was tunneling 2 people at once too, ya know, because they just got unhooked recently and didn't get a chance to heal XD
love the vid though wanted to bring up you missed the ttvs name in the top right hand corner when its on the salt portion. also nasty build you might have fun with for plauge, thana, dying light, hex pentimento, and hex wretched fate with severed toe and black incense.
Yo, thanks for letting me know about that, I completely forgot that happens on the end game screen, that's on me. I just got to work on blurring it out, so again, I appreciate that. Oooh, that build actually does sound pretty intense! I will definitely try that out!
Again, every survivor likes to forget this, slugging, tunneling and camping are in fact NOT against tthe dbd rules and reporting those will just get your report flagged and deleted without even being viewed by anyone
@@DeBolttheBear If you can get to it try starstruck, agitation, pain res, and bbq and chili. Since you get kicked out of crawler mode after picking up, the terror radius expands back to 32 + agi means you can get surprise exposed tunnel downs up to 44 meters. You can try using ultimate weapon instead of bbq to catch people near the locker after hooking but that’s locker rng
I need to know who tf tells these brain rotted individuals that slugging is a bannable offence. I can at least rationalise people being annoyed by it (even though in this case you were literally just punishing them for being grouped in the same place), but actually thinking it's bannable? It just makes no sense
Agreed. Like you said, I am very understanding of being annoyed of actual slugging, but reporting things like this because you can't take accountability is pretty wild.
this is a great build but the one thing i'd change is def sloppy butcher, since you have sloppy on your m2 basically due to your add ons, it just seems a bit redundant because of that, great video though!!
@@madithevampirequeen9316 definitely is redundant, that was on purpose! When I do these defined builds I like to go a bit extreme haha! I’ve definitely seen some good replacements here though, gift of pain being a great one.
@@EdwardPerez-x1g Yeah, haha. I'm just a visual person, and I do better by seeing the actual survivors, though with certain builds I do use the tunnels a lot.
You should have left the name in so we can make an example of these entitled survivor mains. They are able to run broken combos like Lithe/Windows/Finesse WITH styptic agents and they choose to use a dumbass build with no communication or game sense and lost. There’s no reason to hide her name when she would make an example of you TO THE DEVS in a heartbeat!
The community I want to cultivate should be better. She has nothing to make an example of me about, this is to showcase the blatant abuse of the report system for things that aren't reportable. Nothing will likely come of the report, but it wastes the time for Behaviour and sets a bad example for her own community. We can be better, sending hate her way isn't the example I want to set for my own community, while I do get the annoyance and frustrations with these kinds of players.
i get its ez to get tilted on dbd alot happens to me but bro "plays like this" as you try to go for the save with your endurance instead of just leaving also all running to basement and just feeding downs that loss is on them lol
Exactly, I even mention that I wasn't even going for the tunnel, but I understand that you lose everything while going for an unhook, so why wouldn't I do what I did? Lol. I feel like players like this never ONCE think about what is going on on the other side. Like the vibe difference is immediate when you compare perspectives.
@@alexiseptimus8362 They just need to find a reason to explain what happened in their match. It's validation and someone parroting stuff they hear in the background to keep them validated in their mistakes. Never the survivor, always the killer type stuff.
@@DeBolttheBear I barely have 58 hours in DBD... even I know some of the basic rule such as... 1) Never attempt rescue at killer shack especially if the killer nearby. If the killer camp, the survivor is as good as gone. 2) Never attempt to rescue teammate when gate is open and less than half the time left, especially if the killer doesn't even try to hook it. The odd of the killer have Blood Warden is definitely at 100%. 3) If killer have NOED, GTFO as soon as gate open. Most killer doesn't go for NOED unless their build is end game build. Those survivor probably have over 1k hours in the game yet absolutely clueless about it. That tell you how strong and reliable survivor perk are for carrying them.
@@alexiseptimus8362 That's definitely true for a lot of solo queue. I always do a sweep for NOED myself, because you can definitely coordinate a save if the survivor isn't hooked next to NOED. Just gotta be a bit patient, though I'm a pretty altruistic player haha. And yes, though I wouldn't even say I was camping in this situation, I was coming back because I knew the gen was almost done, I saw the scratchmarks and the survivor stayed on that gen for some reason, and their mate unhooked in the basement. It was just a bad situations, a lot of mistakes on their part, and that's okay, it definitely happens! No need to report people though.
How DARE you capitalize on their mistakes. You should've instantly picked up even before your animation ended to avoid slugging *so* *EGREGIOUSLY* ! Also, you're supposed to wait at least 5 minutes between hook stages so that the survivors have enough to heal and do gens! Such a filthy tunneler for hooking them faster than they can heal and complete gens! Gosh, you're such a toxic killer main 🙄 Just to be clear, everything above is just sarcasm. People who actually think like this are entitled idiots who need to get a dose of reality.
@@DeBolttheBear exactly. Self imposed rules should be exactly that. Rules imposed on yourself. Expecting other people to play exactly like you want in an asymmetrical game is just nuts. Also I figured you would get that I wasnt serious, that comment was more for anyone who couldn't detect the sarcasm.
Right, I think it was less about the killer, more about not acknowledging ANY of the mistakes they made lol. And you're right, oni with this, sheeeesh.
