Since the release of the new BZ tanks I've been telling myself exactly what Daki said in the title "Almost as good as tier 8" lol

Maybe wg is begining to see that he derp is almost impossible to balance. Either it does not pen and does no damage or it pens almost everything. If they make it inaccurate like in the old days its impossibe to hit weak armor zone and again the gun is useless, in the old days it did not matter all you needed to do is hit the target or near and it would do considerable damage pen or not. Now derp guns are a hit or total miss they either work or dont work at all. In the old days the armor angle did not matter too much if you shot he but now it matters greatly. Take kv2, in the olden days the mm always had one or two of them in every game. Now you rarely see them. Why? Because it only has tier 5 pen on gold ap and the he is useless in tier 7 match and the gun does not have the accuracy to hit weakspots. I dont think there is even a way to balance he derps in current state of game. Another example is caliban. It is so much better with the gold ap than with the he. Why? Because 180 pen is just under the line where most of the effective armor in tier 8 is. Most tank on tier 8 have 200mm effective armor an the he of caliban will do around 250 to 350 damage on it and then you might miss and be on 50s reload. I will not be suprised if the derp tanks would start to fade away from now on or for there to be a he rebalance in a year or two.

I feel like the advantage of getting a position early is kind of pointless when there is no position that is actually good for you. The massive cupolas on all sides makes it impossible both to go hull down and sidescrape.

gg's Daki! was interesting to see in 2nd game, that the vz55 was keeping up with you even though you were boosting. makes me wonder how slow this tank is without boosting!

It's a good thing they removed the 1600 derp's which would make this truly a trader tank. Maybe a slight buff to alpha of the gun would make this somewhat viable in trading, as it stands, you're supposed to trade almost 1:1 in tX games, which does not seem that fun to play tbh. Slightly more accurate gun would make it better but then again, they are 1:1, 1:1.2 trades. Thanks for the video Daki!

Nobody wants an OP tank to be added, but this thing looks almost undertuned a bit. Maybe they were too conscientious.

Hahaha good title and dsecription. The tank is a huge head scratcher. 2nd game really shows it, like it isn't even as fast at getting to the heavy spot than the Vz 55. lol They took the gimmic gun and so nothing is really left. You are being way too nice about it tbh, but I appreciate that. Not sure why they would invent the tank and then cripple it with weak points like that. Tier 9 armor is way harder to deal with, which just isn't it. Even though that is the case, still tons of people are playing them so big shrug.

Hello daki, could you take a look at the new tier 8 tech tree BZ-166? :>

I think the BZ-176 is the most OP and broken tank WG has released so far and an insult to anyone who bought premium heavy tanks before it, not to mention it has much better stats than tier x ones like -10 Depression, armor and alpha damage absurdly far above the tanks of the same level, it also has the shape of the square chassis instead of that hull in the shape of a triangle in front which is a characteristic that I do not like. I'm not saying the BZ 75 is bad, I'm just saying the Tier 8 looks ridiculously unbalanced. I would like to be part of WG's tank balance team, I would fulfill the dreams of all WOT players, making things much fairer for all players instead of this embarrassment that it has always been and is getting worse...

At least with the Czech heavy line the T10 is also phenomenal. The T8 premium is straight up better than the T9, which is certainly a bad think, but it's not better than the T10, which would be utterly absurd. Oh, wait... that just happened with this line.

They need to give this tank something... I mean, Guns decent but trolls, you cant hull down, you cant side scrape, what can you do? Go zoom zoom.. except the VZ, 277, IS-7 all go faster at a constant speed... Give the gun 10 extra pen, and remove at least the commander hatch on one side so that you can peek rubble and try to cover one side.

Trader tank for traders LUL . I hate trading i prefer farming LUL.

Rocket tank its stupid tank...rockets are used to go to the moon and run on the flat salts.

Lets be honest here, in 2 months noone will play this tank, in curent meta tank has nothing to offer, if you invest in gun than you have 30/45kmh speed, if you invest in speed you have 34/51kmh with standard turbo but you dont have gun coz this gun is, nax no coment, about 50% chanse to hit even in close combat. For trade you need desent gun, this tank doesent have that.

The heat is expensive , and it takes fire non stop. Mediocre tank
