Before I learned her age, I honestly thought she was a child due to her immature attitude and entitlement. Then that video with her mother coddling her coupled with her fans completely brushing off her behavior made it clear why she still thinks that the waterworks and whiny tone gets her out of everything. My roommate was asking me last night: how is she not in jail? Because she is pretty and it's difficult for a lot of people in society to see 13 year old boys as the victims of women.
Sadly, there are a lot of factors pointing at Zoe being abused as a child. Acting significantly younger than your age is always a telltale sign. No normally developed nineteen year old girl is going to be into a thirteen year old boy. Sad to see how abuse is transmitted like a disease.
I am furious at how most females predators are treated as "mentally fragile" while male predators are "evil". ALL predators ARE evil regardless of gender, orientation or age. Yes, most predators have been victims themselves and need intense therapy, BUT that doesn't negate the harm they have already done to someone else. Both the abusers and the victims need therapy but the predators also need punishment. Being charming and/or pretty makes them MORE dangerous to the public in general, yet these are the ones who tend to be forgiven rather than pinished.
I hope the world is on the verge of a good change, it feels like we are getting close to some form of change, it’s either gonna be really bad, or really good, either more people will understand, or more will treat females like queens and like they can do no wrong.
Also people with mental health problems aren't always predators, there are a lot of us who wouldn't do that, using a mental issue as pretext it's not valid

When I was 12 I dated a 19 year old man from school. I really thought I was in love, I felt validated, He told me I was super mature formy age...He just really told me whatever I wanted to hear. When my parents knew what was happening they obviously freaked out and made a huge fuss about it, and I didn't know why, I really at that age didn't know and couldn't process what was wrong in that relationship. Yes, we did do sexual stuff (mainly cuz he leaded it, and I didnt want to dissapoint him), and now that Im almost 22, 10 years later, im just trying to fix all the repressed trauma I had about it in therapy. I felt embarassed to speak about it for too long
Please don't feel embarrassed. I know you've probably heard this a million times, but i'm still going to say it - this wasn't your fault, it was his and different people deal with trauma differently. What happened is fucked up, but I hope you're doing better. Remember that there is a stranger on the other side of the Earth cheering you on.
What happened to your abuser? Was he held accountable? This is terrible and you have to suffer through the aftermath and trauma for the rest of your life.

@@HelloThere-xx1ct I've also been abused but that doesn't make it an excuse. Just because she has her issues doesn't give her excuses. I have been abused well still now and I'm not a predator. Usually victims of abuse is less likely to become abuser. Though some would think they are entitled to hurting others because they were.

I'm not gonna lie, that baby needs to be DNA tested to verify that it isn't the 13 year olds baby. Pictures of them in bed together leaked as well as the kissing video. She said they were just cuddling, I call bullshit. She ended up pregnant really soon after the scandal and claimed it was her new boyfriends child but I really have doubts and I worry about that poor 13 year old boy.

This. What always fuels this is very radical 3rd wave feminism/how it is portrayed on the internet. People consistently think movements like this immediately mean: this demographic can do no wrong. And it's like that in other movements as well. The whole point of movements like feminism is to get rid of stigmas, stereotypes, and form an equal relationship with the dominate side. Before anyone says it, no I do not believe I am sexist against my own gender. I have dealt with plenty of rude comments, bullying, and harassment from being a female where I grew up and am currently living. Just because I recognize the problems women face doesn't mean I immediately say that all women cannot to any wrong. Zoe is a prime example of wrong and last I checked I believe she defines herself as a woman.

We've seen Zoe get off scott free, but so have male predators like Drake, Drake Bell, Ben Affleck. R Kelly and Onision went unpunished for years. Prince Andrew is so far unpunished despite the allegations being an open secret since 2003. Mike Tyson spent time in jail for a rape and his career is still intact. All round, victims are being failed by society.

This disturbs me because I was groomed by a 19 year old guy when I was just 13 too. I was so uncomfortable and unsure about what was going on back then but since I was YOUNG and NAIVE, I perceived as something natural and that he genuinely 'likes' me cuz he thought I was 'mature for my age'. It's just now that I'm an adult that I realized that it was wrong and so many things happened to me back then that only came to haunt me now.

If we compared this to the drake bell crimes where he groomed a girl when she was around the same age. It is as important to raise awareness of the existence of female predators as it is males. Unfortunately female perpetrators are so often not taken seriously, or seen as ‘less threatening’. The amount of times I’ve heard or seen people say that the CHILD VICTIM was “lucky” and probably “liked it” when it comes to female predators infuriates me. It’s disgusting.
People are defending her because they don't understand that all adult relationships involve a power exchange, regardless of what kind of relationship that is. This is why these relationships require consent AND is why minors CANNOT consent to a relationship with an adult. Zoe is a legal adult and because of this, she will always be in a position of authority in any relationship between her and a minor, by default, simply by virtue of being the legal adult. It doesn't matter if this relationship is sexual, or work, or familial, friendly, etc. That's the one thing that does immediately change when a person turns 18; you become a legal adult and therefore are given the right to consent to this exchange of power in any relationship you have between yourself and another consenting, legal adult. This child cannot consent to this exchange of power because there's no exchange of power here. There's no equality between the two persons involved. The legal adult is always the authority and the minor is always the dependant. NOT a submissive. A dependant. That's different. A submissive consents to that exchange of power. A dependant does not. They're dependant on you, the legal adult, to look out for their well being and protect them from persons that may exploit them. This is why it's considered exploitation and abuse of power when an adult violates this. This is why it's such a big deal. Zoe took away this child's right to not be exploited. But also their right to recognize that they were victimized. And now, on top of that, she's exploiting her own child who is unable to consent to having photos of them sold. However, there's also the thing that kids do model and pose for clothing magazines and movies, and what not. So I don't know how to feel about this particular thing she's doing with her baby... I feel like it's wrong but also, there are baby pictures being sold for commercial reasons like diapers and baby clothing, etc. Hmmm...
@@howardsimcox5596 It's 5 short paragraphs, in middle school we would be would have 15-20 minutes to write that down for assignments. However on a phone or laptop it takes significantly less time to write things down, could easily be done in 3 to 5 minutes depending on how fast you type. For example, I started typing this at 6:43pm and it's now 6:44pm.
Selling baby pictures is weird but honestly I wouldn't care if it weren't for the fact that the person selling the baby pictures is also the same person who had a physical relationship with a 7th grader when they were old enough to be in their third year of collage.
The reason many predators get away with their actions is due to people wanting to excuse their crimes. People never want to come to grips with the fact that someone they like and even have some sort of relationship with (be it friendship, familial, or romantic) can be a predator. People are very quick to excuse the predators choices as a lapse in judgment or a "simple mistake" rather than have them take accountability for their crimes. They do this to comfort themselves and to not confront the reality that most predators are "normal people," most predators are not shadowy villains' in the night but everyday people. Until we as a society face the reality that predators are normally people in close proximity rather than random, they will continue to get away with their crimes.

Child predators and grooming is a very important topic that needs to be spread. TW: Grooming experience . . . . . This past summer I had gotten groomed twice in a row and it tore me apart. I was made to believe that it was what I wanted and that I was pushing it. The second predator was the worst out of the two. They also had an adult friend and was talking to another minor (in a "relationship"). Their friend had their back through everything, going so far as to saying I tried to flirt with them. They had no remorse or guilt. They defended their disgusting actions until the very end. During those relationships, I thought I wanted it. That's a huge thing, they make it seem like it's consensual on your part and it's damaging. The second groomer also accused me of emotional manipulation. These people are evil. How they can sit there and defend themselves after all that they've done is absolutely revolting. Please cover this topic more, please let this be known so hopefully others don't have to get hurt like this.. Edit: Thank you to everyone who left encouraging messages. I have seen comments saying that there were images of Zoe in bed with her victim, but I am not sure if these are true. If it is true, then those pictures shows that not only is she a groomer but also that she sexually assaulted a child. I wonder if she had these pictures removed or if her family did? Unfortunately for Zoe, the internet is forever and if she posted online, then all it takes is for a websleuth to use Wayback machine or hunt for them via other means.
I really, reallyyyy hope that the victim is getting some counseling and help. He didn't deserve this. It was bad enough that it happened, and even worse, it was all exposed online. My heart goes out to him. I was SA'd at 14 and received no help, and my mental health/overall life was already horrible before it, so it really led to me doing things that still affect me now, at 28.

It’s so sad you’ll even have to do this. As someone who works in entertainment I could not even fathom going after someone’s literal CHILD. Once I had a kid I went to high school with turn 18 and ask me out because he had a crush on me (I was 21 at the time I believe, maybe 22) and I said no because when I met him I was 17 and he was 14. I didn’t feel comfortable because I literally WATCHED him grow up! All the women I know can’t even imagine dating a man a couple years younger, let alone an 18 year old. So I can’t even comprehend why any woman would go after a literal child. It’s so fucked up.

The only way I see her actually facing repercussions is if she gets another victim (which I hope will not happen) or if later on the boy comes forward and acknowledges that she preyed upon him (which I hope he does come to realize, though he doesn't need to necessarily speak about it publicly)

Also, People like Zoe bring in a lot of money for TikTok (obviously what the company wants) They would of taken people like her off the platform if they weren’t after money it’s very clear, or maybe it’s something else (which would be odd because WHY would you let dangerous people linger on your platform??) but these people shouldn’t be allowed to have a platform, an audience, so SO much more they shouldn’t have.
Zoe strongly demonstrates one of the biggest indicators of abusive tendencies/behaviours: entitlement. Thinking that other creators don’t “get” to have as big a platform or influence as her. That she has the right to interact with people in the way she wants without considering their experience or feelings as equal importance to hers. That she can dictate the definition of terms to absolve herself of responsibility and get what she wants (like “grooming” and “consent”). This person is a giant parade of red flags.
Sites like RU-vid and TikTok say they take this stuff seriously and that they will take action against creators who have committed horrible crimes, but then they don't when it comes to their biggest money makers. I mean, think about it, we have Jeffery Star and James Charles still kicking it on this site and only recently did Onision get his monetization revoked. Why would Zoe, someone who has 20 MILLION followers be any different on TikTok?

@@skullingtonfx4441 It makes me wonder if they did get a lawyer and did something shady so that the parents of the victim can't press charges. They seem like a very well to do family... And the wealthy have been known to get away with all kinds of shit.

Yes and no. There was a local 13 yr old girl who was "having sexual relations" with a 25-26 yr of bus driver who was allowed to walk because he had brittle bone disease (they spun it like it was a mental disability) and slut shamed A 13 YR OLD CHILD.

I can’t get over the police never getting involved in these situations. We talk about their role in other atrocities and we talk about all of these celebrities committing these crimes and all I can think is that those should be added to the list of things the police should be scrutinized for. I don’t even think it’s about money, since we know celebrities have gotten in legal trouble for other crimes.
@@skullingtonfx4441 I mean there is a video out there of them kissing and she admitted it. In fact in a lot of tik tok and RU-vid cases there is video evidence and confessions so I don’t understand why there wouldn’t at least be more police involvement.
@@sapphirek5244 see a good lawyer will say that's not sexual. Parents do that to their kids sometimes so it's just a sign of affection because he had a crush but his client did nothing else blah blah blah. We also dont know if the police didnt get involved. They could have gone to the victim but if the victim refuses to talk they cant do much, they would need much harder evidence to get a warrant to investigate further...
Important note to people who think kids can consent and/or want to defend this woman : even if they [kids] could consent and make rational dating decisions, dating someone who's young and impressionable when you're a huge social media figure and have way more life experience and influence is not ok no matter what way you slice it. I don't care how pretty you think she looks, or how mature you think the kid is, it's still predatory and disgusting.
Really appreciate you separating the video out into two sections for those of us who'll get triggered by the content, especially with clearly marked time stamps. Not a lot of people do that, and it's so nice to be able to skip over that without guessing and still supporting your content.
