Sir Crispy talked about "honor" and "duty" as he is walking with Alicent and calling Rhaenyra names, but Sir Crispy is what he claimed Rhaenyra. He sworn to protect Rhaenyra for life, and uphold duty and honor, yet he bedded Rhaenyra, killed an unarmed guest at a wedding, and switched side to Alicent and forgetting he took an oath to protect Rhaenyra with his life.

Book-Ser Harwin... was just kinda there. Everyone kept claiming he was Rhaenyra's baby-daddy. Everyone assumed Ser Laenor was either unaware or didn't voice his opposition to the arrangement. I assumed he and Ser Laenor would've been antagonistic towards one another. I loved how they were both in sync about parenting Jacaerys and Lucerys when holding the baby. I might be reading too much into it, but seeing them on good terms made the ending so much sadder.

Props to all the new actors. I was a little concerned it would take me out of the immersion of this series but they all did really well. Hell, even Aegon's new actor gave Homelander a run for his money 🤣🤣🤣

Gomez the dog is super cute and the person in the crystal bra top is eating. On the episode, I liked that we saw Jace, Luke, Aegon, and Aemond as boys before they're aged up and part of the war. I think Emma and Olivia did a great job continuing the parts of Rhaenyra and Alicent. They were casted first and Milly and Emily were cast to fit them. I saw people mentioning they'd like another episode before this to establish relationships and I agree to an extent. I figured a significant time jump like this would be a bit jarring but I like the episode more each time I watch it.

first, i was pumped for this reaction to drop when seeing this at home specifically for morgan’s reaction to laena and daemon riding on vhagar and caraxes 😂😂 second, MY reaction to gomez was kinda bonkers. i n e e d e d that closeup and the proper intro when i realized he wasn’t a toy LMAO which leads me to my third thing i wanted to say which is how much i applaud the evolution of the bar reacts over the years. little shots of sean serving up drinks, the closeups, or the fist bumps on whether or not shit’s gonna happen can almost make me feel like i’m IN THE BAR with you guys. nowhere else can i get a reaction video like these, where they feel so huge, but still genuine and personal. seeing the mainstays is great, but now i find myself looking for new faces to see if they’ve showed up to the burlington this week. multi-screen moments during high-tension scenes SO give me what i come here for times a hundred. i’m always rewatching those bits to see who’s laughing, sad, pissed, or just taking it all in. i appreciate the work that goes on off screen and on with you guys. pumped for next week!!! cheers!!
