@@alainaruble163 I would have an easy chair 💺 where the table is and have build a fold-down wooden countertop by the window next to the stairs. There would still be room for a loveseat or lounge chair along that wall
I love the colours and quality of the work. The one thing I find hard to imagine is putting any furniture on the main level ie: love seat. It would be much easier to sell if you staged it just a little. It seems like in the video that the main level is too small. I know I would love to see a new video with that. Also what size is it.? How do you get hot water, does it have heat on demand. I hope my suggestions help I know those are some of the things I'd like to see. All the best
Absolutely lovely! Great design with the tin wall/ door panels. Would love to see it on the bathroom cabinet door/s, too. Seems like a very practical, liveable space, even though it's so small. Kudos to your hubby for his work/ thoughtful design. Cheers!
Beautiful design with so many unique touches and spaces. The teal is one of my favorite colors. I just love this house it has everything you need and a space for everything. Great design and looks a lilt larger. Your husband is a master tiny house designer and builder. I love this house 💯🌟💜🌟💯
Wow, such an adorable tiny house. I love all the extra touches like the gorgeous stained glass window, the ceiling tin wall and matching tin on the cabinets. This tiny home has wonderful layout with beautiful decor. Its like a tiny charming cottage on wheels. Excellent Job prefect little tiny home for 2 or 1 people. I could definitely live in this tiny home and be very happy I don't need much space. I plain on down sizing soon I live in a 3bd 2ba house and I only use my bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The rest of the house is just a junk and dust collector lol...
Just too small!! No bathroom sink and the alternate tread stairs a little radical for me. I would also put a little guard rail on the front edge of that loft. It could be decorative but would be safer for people who move around when they sleep.
That's true about the rail it would be safer and I think a rail would be a great addition to the decor. The no sink in the bathroom doesn't bother me much I use to live in a motor home and I never used the tiny sink in the bathroom to small got water everywhere but if you really wanted a sink it would be easy to add a small sink could even get one that hangs on the wall so that it doesn't take up much space. I'm not big on stairs either but with it being just me I would have a day bed downstairs use as couch and my bed then use the upstairs for any guess I may have like one of my grown kids that might come for a visit. This is a very small tiny home so it's easy to move so that's a plus and it's a lot more affordable then a bigger tiny home. If I was married or live in boyfirend then it may be to small for me. But it's good for just me. I think it's very pretty and set up well for the limited amount of space. I think it's a super cute tiny home I think it's better suited for a younger person then me since I don't like stairs I have a bad leg and I'm getting up in age will he hitting retirement age in just a few years but I could make this tiny home work if I had too like I said a daybed in the sitting area....🙂
Love the tin touches and the stained glass and the beautiful shower. Such a great design for 16'. Tanya (hope I spelled it right), great job presenting this beautiful tiny house! Hope to see more of you and your husband's tiny homes.
If the house was 20-24 feet Long so you could stretch those areas out. Put up a nice TV., room to relax I would love this. Those steps scare me a little also. I do love the tin, wood, stain glass, appliances, and shower.
How adorable! Love the beautiful stained glass and tin wall! WOW! What a feature!! Very well thought out. Love the creativity of matching the tin wall onto the stairs and the cabinet doors. Super cute! I am looking for something bigger because for me it's all about the kitchen. I need a lot of cabinets and an oven because I love to cook. Would love a tiny house but not the tiniest of tiny homes; lol.
How much is it? She doesn't say in the video. Also, love the blue colors. Issues for me are: Living room is way too small, like really no living room at all. And fridge is only big enough for a few day stay. This might be good as a short term rental, like a long weekend. But still, how much is the selling price?
A very unique and beautiful tiny home! The decorative tin panels are my favourite followed by the teal appliances, stained glass window & pocket stairs. Oh hell, I like it all! Well done🏆🥇💛⭐
Not the biggest fan of a wall being entirely tin, but I love the unique tin accents throughout the house. A fancy silver contrast with the natural wood. I think all that’s needed is little floating sink in the bathroom, beautiful tiny!
Very nice. Definitely a 1-2 person dwelling. Aesthetics are great. Amazon sells comfortable chairs that turn into beds. One of those downstairs would work well. I guess a mattress on the floor upstairs will do. I'm really happy to see the wood casement/egress windows. Vinyl may cost less, but over time it cracks. I'm new to your channel. Have you designed anything for wheelchair accessible needs? Roll in shower, and main floor bedroom for example? You'd probably have to go with a longer trailer base. Thank you for posting! Blessings, health, prosperity and peace to you and yours and to all who read this! 👍😘😇💖
First, what a beautiful build. The stained-glass window has me sold! Then all the tin filigree accent's are gorgeous. The only downfall for me. No overhang where are you enter from outdoor. So you're bringing in all the wet mud on rainy snowy days.. and then not having a door where you hang clothes. Clothes get way too dusty even with a door.lol But other than those two things it's absolutely gorgeous. I'm sure you'll have it sold in no time. Anything with stained glass and all the beautiful design features+ beautiful wood. Really sets this one apart! WOW what an AWESOME PRICE. Wish I was in the market for a new tiny home
Really cute little home. Fellow Portlander here, I spy the Saint John's Bridge in the background thru the window at the beginning of the interior tour!
This home is beautiful. But needs to be a little bigger. The tin and stained glass is absolutely gorgeous. Stairs should have a hand railing for safety sake. Love the work put into it but too small for me. Can the roof be raised so you can stand in the bedroom?
Love the colorful fridge/freezer and matching microwave. Also love the stained-glass window and the silver on the walls and cabinet doors and on the stairs. Your husband did a nice job with the house. I suspect that is an Induction cooktop. Really popular. The shower stall is neat, like the one piece, it is easier to clean and no tiles for mold to get in there. Also, like that you added some color.
It's a beautiful tiny home...Very trendy and the way the economy is heading, we all will have to live in one .. My only problem is the families with multiple children or handicap and elderly, I wonder what the future is for them?! Thanks for the tour 🙂 It lovely place I would love to call home ❤️
So cute!!! I see a couple of missed opportunities for storage, like the little shelf upstairs could have had a hinged lid for shoe storage but it is absolutely adorable! I can see it sitting out in the woods somewhere with moss hanging from the trees 🥰😉.
I would put an ceiling fan it very cute, I'm poor but I have SS to live on, I wish I could afford a Tiny home, I have family land in Tenn :) Love Tiny homes
It's beautiful... Almost a piece of art! One thing that bothers me though is that there appears to be no lounge space? If the weather is noce you can lounge outside but on a rainy day that would become a bit of a cramped cabin.
A fold down chaise/futon single an a basic chair makes sense down stairs... I thought it would be a fold down table. I was surprised that it was a very solid stationary style... Put out that mini waffle irons an coffee single mini Keurig... An a futon mattress up in the loft... Staging is done.
Is cute. Built well. BUT would need a bit bigger for regular fridge and a bit more space. Plus crank windows you cant escape from. But with changes could be great for me. Builder did great job. I'm a potter. Could use that size stripped of all the extras except sink and bathroom as a cool studio.
My comments will be very critical... Respectfully honest.. I feel that all the beauty that it presents is going to be a hard sell. Very artful tinwork is a awesome desire but will put the overall design out of balance .aka...overbuilt ...you had mentioned loveseat.... I am struggling with that design element unless perhaps a drop down (Murphy) loveseat bench..."for fire safety reasons" there's no escaping room, not ENOUGH space...like again.. I'm expressing what I believe to be feedback, 16 ft, is hardly liveable for full time .. Airbnb possiblity but for a short stay.. love the retro appliances, nice shower, per SE; for longetivity I would be concerned about the woods used...would be a maintenance/maintains issue for myself...with high levels of moisture, etc, mold & rot, I think to stay with that size trailer, to go more into freeing up more functional living space, & do a smaller kitchen layout etc ...I hope my feedback is accepted respectfully... Keep building.....happy trails lay ahead.....
Beautiful! Some still shots of the stained glass and tin wall would be awesome! Im IN LOVE with the pattern!!! Where did you guys source it? And would also love to see a good closeup of the wall paper that I noticed looks like it mimics the tin plating (correct term? Im really sleepy at the moment haha) thanks so much😉😊🥰
I love this tiny house design. i live in a 18 ft. tiny house in Durango. Do you sell plans for the stair case . I love this design and am looking to build a compact one like this. Susan
