NOVA Scale Novelty - It's a deck that makes Rank 4s. If we didn't get locked in to ONLY Rank 4s, I'd say this was basically Utopia with a different paint job. 1/5 Objectivity - The monsters are SUPER strong, but you have to play within a very specific deck building philosophy to make them work. Rank 4 are very good, but I wouldn't call any of them overwhelming, so while we can make a lot of them, I don't know if its terrifying. 5/5 Versatility - Rank 4s themselves are found almost everywhere, but are less and less compatible as time has gone on, being usurped by their Link 2 successors. So with the Rank 4 Xyz limit, less and less themes are capable of slapping in couple to round out the extra deck, so where once this could have been an easy 5, it can't even make a 4. Which would have been very very funny. 3/5 Awesomeness - That being said, punchy robot goes boom and I want to harness the power of ages past! Let me stack the funny cards on top of each other, I wanna DETACH LINK MATERIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5/5 Total: 14/20 Thanks for reading! Fun fact: Each Ryzeal monster is named after a different type of mechanical engine. That is the uniting aesthetic motif of this archetype, and I’m all for it!
the toy box engine work very well here, both Ice and Node can send the set toy monster for their effects and they summon themselves when send to the grave and you will have so much material that you wouldn't know what to do with it XD
Nothing like a good old fashioned Xyz Deck! I don't care that it's not Tier 0 like Snake-Eyes. I just like how simple it is. It's the perfect deck to imagine you live in the Xyz Dimension with!
The large Samurai Kabuto “V-fin” on the head of the cover Xyz monster reminds me a lot of Centurion. Now that might not mean anything more than “cultural impact of Gundam on the mecha genre for decades”, but it might imply being in the same setting? Maybe??
After seeing all these decks having a gimmick like sending battle damage back to sender, putting monsters in the spell/trap zone, or unga bunga OTK, it's nice to see a simple rank 4 toolbox. Plus, they're super fighting robots. What's not to like?
@@streetgamer3452 They made you actually think instead of use everything else everyone else does with every deck. Your not describing skill. Your describing looking at the smart peoples decks and copying without knowing what your using actually and why.
@@RavenCloak13 that makes ZERO sense. Being a rank 4 deck, the most basic, most over done, most recycled type of deck does not need a lot of thought put into it. You really did try to be like “uhh actually you just copy decks” the deck itself is literally made to be the most cookie cutter shit ever. You failed and they failed at making an interesting deck
The Custom Robo bgm is immaculate. Also the field spell restriction is probably there to keep the theme from following Lyrilusc's unfortunate degeneration into "Utopic Future Turbo"
@@user-jk7vp7vn2k your first Board is rafflesia, deadnader and duodrive. Then it will be rulered and After that you can go in utopic future with trap in grave. You still can detach (cost). so you have the cross negate, the merologic negate und the future negate. And the Best is, you can detach deadnader of utopic future and you can plugin him. So 2 more destroys. And everything through ruler. Its Not nothing dude.
You can also use Rank-Up-Magic here thanks to the field spell, send Rebarian Shark with Ex, get your search and stack your RUM of choice, then use the field to bottom 2 cards and draw you RUM. The quick play ones are the best choice to play in your opponent turn, or just stack The Seventh One for next turn. You can also use Xyz Revive Splash to turn something like Abyss Dweller or Ragnazero into the new c32, Nash Knight, c101 or c103.
As a fan of the Gundam build fighters series, seeing Ryzeal Deadader makes me realize that there has to be a gundam reference in this archtype, with this card specifically being a reference to shinning gundam and Domon Kasshu from Mobile Fighter G Gundam.
The beauty of this is it's not limiting the card types as much as it's limiting just summoning from the rank 4 pile of extra deck monsters. You can still run Utopia lines or adjacent strategies. Because "Utopia double" is a rank 4 as well meaning you still have otk options. This does however exclude you from using cards like "Utopia the lightning" due to the rank. Edit after watching you covered all my thoughts LOL
Is it me, or is "Hole Thruster" a "Hole" normal trap card ? So it's searchable with Sera and copy-able with Rafflesia ... if someone wants to try Ryzeal x Traptrix I guess it can work if you just put 1 copy of Rafflesia in a Ryzeal deck since she a generic Rank 4, and she will send "Hole Thruster" to the GY, so you can use Thruster's 2nd effect immediately if you want (because you did not use it's first effect, Rafflesia copied it).
the fact that ex ryzeal can dumb down mereologic aggregator help your deadnader more deadly or when you going second you have a free face up negate is kinda disgusting
You can strictly use one side or the other in strategies too, or apply both types to dictate the rest of the deck. There are plenty of Pyro and Thunder special summoners to add in, along with searchers like Thunder Sea Horse and whatnot.
The version I play is Centurion Ryzeal. You can start off with centurion lines and then pivot using shadow’s light going first if you get hand trapped. And Deadnader plus Blazar makes for a decent board
No se si entiendas esto pero una curiosidad que te falto es que Deadnader es uno de los únicos 3 monstruos de rango 4 con 3000 puntos de ataque, los otros dos son el dragon xyz carga borré carga y la caja loca
Alright, NOW I'm mad. Not only did they change Sword Ryzeal (ソード・ライゼオル, where ソード runs into Google Translate as Sword) to whatever a Thode is, but in doing so, they ALSO ruined the hilarious acronym they all made. Palma Ex Node Ice Sword Which fits well when they have cards named "Plug-In" and *"Hole Thruster"* in their S/T line-up.
This might be a fun deck to combine with gunkans, since gunkans don't use there own materials for effects. slap some time thief cards in there and some of the spell cards that detach materials for effects and it might get you somewhere. Anyone for some high speed sushi delivery?
Hmmm. I'm not sure how i feel about you being enough of a big-grown-up-mature-adult to get through talking about Hole Thruster without any jokes about that card's name, it might be time to take a break and grow down a bit. P.S: Looking forward for when that Cyber Dragon Nova alt-art gets added to Master Duel i'm sure its summon animation will be spectacular.
