To understand who is a #1 character user Like for example Hungry Box is the #1 Jiggley Puff player and the results prove it. The list goes on. If you wanna know players like that in Tekken you can look up MainManSwe and he can tell you many top players and or who is the #1 player witb X character there.

I think Multiversus is the only FGC creator community that has called another player the #1 of said character I've seen Tekken and Street Fighter use it but only if it's actually the #1 ranked player of that character at that time, imo it's disingenuous and can create a bit of confusion especially when ranked comes out but until then it probably doesn't matter much

There must be a little be of clickbait. Also I think there is a n°1, but is something based on tournaments results, and can vary on time. Someone can be the n°1 X player now, doesn't mean he will ever be n°1. It also shouldn't be by 1v1 same char because during a tournament there is a level of matchup involved.

Your definition of what number one is... is crazy there's always going to be a number one in fighting games like for honor and so on. I've been playing them for years now! some people are just unbeatable going for hundreds of wins without losing a single game Like I get what you're saying it's character to character but I'm thinking more just the number one overall player!
