This Tragic Season Changed Formula 1 FOREVER..

The 1994 season was the most dramatic in the history of Formula 1. It included everything motorsport has to offer. From shocking, literally fatal accidents to the rivalry between the young Schumacher and the FIA scandals. Trust me, this season changed Formula 1 forever! So what the hell happened there?
The most memorable was Imola in 1994. When 2 riders were tragically killed. First, Roland Ratzenberger lost control. And during the race, the legendary Ayrton Senna crashed into a concrete wall.
Find out why and how it happened in the video!
And that was just the beginning of the season's drama. Every race had an accident or scandal. Oh boy, the FIA did their best this season!
Get your popcorn ready and watch the video to the end

I never knew Comas tried to attend to Senna to try and help Senna like he helped him. Truly men of honour.

Apparently that wasn’t Comas trying to intervene but a cock-up. Larousse had not noticed Ayrton’s accident, as they were trying to fix Comas’s suspension. The pit lane officials hadn’t put the red light on, so he went on and had to brake hard when he came across a helicopter on the track.

Isn't that ironic that on one side he could be a driver that would literally cause a crash just to win and at the same time give up a race to try to save a driver. He had those 2 sides in him. And if you think about it, how it was the drive to be the best that actually killed the man.

No one was punished because the maximum allowed time for the charges was passed. The one responsible was the race car engineer that modified his steering wheel coloumn poorly. The coloumn was cut and rewelded with a thinner rod that ended up failing/torn off. So senna litterally couldn't turn and could only brake on grass before the concrete wall was waiting. Very sad.

Everyone calling Michael and Benetton cheats obviously hadnt even watched the 94 season. Its no secret that at that time FIA was very anti Benetton. All of a sudden a team owned by a company that was making clothes, with a Ford engine, was destroying Williams, McLaren and Ferrari. During those days Williams and McLaren were calling the shots in F1 and they were really pissed by Benetton and Michael Schumaher.

if you ask me, I think Senna's crash was a combination of the worn steering rack and him not being in the best frame of mind. That said, had the FiA not banned traction control and actually stopped the race after Ratzenbergers was killed, he'd likely have done very well in the season and probably still be here.

But tbh the FIA putting money above safety and well anything else really is totally on brand. I adore F1 but the FIA needs a total overhaul. The script is AI generated and you didnt even proof read it. The voice over is AI generated, but I guess that's fair. Video footage is obviously not edited by a human either. So congrats on "creating" a video which most people won't recognize has barely any human thought behind it. There are other, way better F1 season recaps on youtube, so everybody just do yourself a favor and watch those instead of this garbage. If you truly write and edit everything by yourself, go ahead and prove me wrong. But videos like this are just so disappointing because there is no creative thought involved in the production.
@F1History_
@F1History_ 5 месяцев назад
It seems to me that this is an absolutely undeserved criticism. Have you created videos using ai? In terms of pronunciation, I agree about the mistakes. However, the fact that the script was written by an ai is complete bullshit. We can talk to you via mail or discord. I am open to discussion.
@paoloderechte
@paoloderechte 5 месяцев назад
@F1History_ it's not about pronunciation. As I said: I think using AI voice overs is fair game instead of putting your own voice on youtube. But there's no way you wrote that script by yourself. So many weird, and I mean really weird (or sometimes straight up wrong) choices in wording just stick out. For example at 27:23 you used "recording machines" instead of spare cars or t-cars which you were obviously referring to. You can't expect anybody to believe the script is written by a human, or even proof read if stuff like this makes it into the final video. Anyway I really don't want to get into an argument I just wanted to let you know it's pretty obvious how cheap and soulless these videos are. If you truly want to improve, read through the script chatgpt creates (or whatever AI you're using). Use f1 terminology instead of these weird descriptions when polishing the script, because it looks to me as if the AI is not that familiar with F1. Add your own thoughts more often, because some "jokes" and funny edits have to have some human input behind them - it's just not enough yet to show you truly care about the quality of your videos. Anyway good luck with your channel I guess
@F1History_

Why is that video so biased against Schumacher? It was never proven that he used Launch Control and u dont tell that at Sennas death some senna fans blames Schumacher for it cause he makes pressure in the Race. I mean......wtf? He only Races.

33:28 what an undeserved win. "I crashed into you so i win it all no matter what". So basically he couldve just purposfully crashed into him to take him out like how he did right there and bam champion. Without even needing to complete the race

Both Senna and Prost did it too, you know?

Funny how Hill himselves admitte din interviws (and i think in his own book too), that a) he should not have gone for that gap at all, and b) He would have done exactly the same thign in Schumachers stead, because thats how it was done back in the day. The whole incident was blownmassively out of purposions becaus ethe most prominent media about F1 was the british one, and it happends AGAINST a british driver, and the british are still salty about it to this day.

Fuck the FiA. They killed Senna. His amazing career was cut far to short. If the FiA stopped that race after Roland's wreck, he wouldn't have died. It would have been Sennas records that today's drivers were trying to beat
