As you can see, the kettlebell is hanging on the middle of the foot, so it's not a problem for your back. This is the rack position, which is done like this.

@@michaelmiele1177 thought the same thing for a split second , but then I realized he’s counting left and right sides for the press and snatch as two separate exercises.
