As a trickster main, i think this build can be applied to every killer. Which isn't a bad thing! The problem is that builds for trickster usually aim to buff him in certain areas and create synergy with his power. Considering the fact that you do not use the usb stick in the build, iron maiden is a must have on him in my opinion. It will let him reload during chase without losing much distance, and for slowdown (considering the not so recent nerfs) eruption simply doesn't synergize well with him. deadlock is the best, it will give additional time in a chase if a gen happens to pop. although the pain res and dead mans switch still can do some damage. The absolute most annoying combo rn though for slowdown would be dead man's and that alien locker perk (i forgot the name unfortunately) this one combo forces dead man's to activate since EVERYONE screams. It is activated by using lockers that he almost always uses to reload. No way out may also not only give you time but also take it away, survivors tend to hide when it activates so i wouldn't recommend it on top of dead man's. If you play well you wont need it, definitely take it if you're just starting out though. While it depends on your game plan, you'll usually get a down relatively quickly thus making dead man's switch deactivate, it is still a good perk so that choice i can't really criticize. Overall, this build can work yes but it leaves him a lot weaker in chase and simply has no actual synergy with him which makes it a multikiller build and not a trickster build.
Help me, please! Im a new player and I already have 9 k crystals. Who should I buy? Trickster, or the spirit? I LOve the idea of throwing cyberpunk knifes and anime in general, but i watched a RU-vid video about ranking all killers and trickster was very low. Pls help me. The spirit was second best killer and the nurse was the first.
Yea trickster is pretty bad right now but if his theme and gameplay look cool to you i'd say go for him. To have a better time with him getting clown and artist to prestige 1 can get you the perks pop and pain res to slow down gens. Though this would take 27k crystals in total and like 3 mil bloodpoints.
Spirit is a lot stronger and might not get old quite as fast, but trickster comes with no way out, a god tier killer perk, while spirit only comes with some gimmicky perks that most killers get little use out of on their own. If you don't have headphones tho, absolutely get trickster, cus spirit without headphones is basically unplayable.
