Beautiful!!!! I have been looking and exploring the tiny homes lately. I appreciate you explaining what a gooseneck is, etc. I’ve been wondering why some people build tiny homes on goose necks and others don’t. I do a lot of cooking, so I didn’t see a ton of storage in the kitchen, but other than that very nice.

I love all of your tiny homes! I’ve been looking and you’re definitely at the top of my list. This one was very nice. However, for the first time it felt a little bit crammed for me. It is only me and two little dogs, but that just felt crammed. Can you do the gooseneck on a 40 footer instead?

Yes , I agree that it looks a little tight. I would like the same layout on a longer trailer and with storage in the steps. I can do without a dishwasher.

Your company has easily become my top favorites. Those big open doors with the step porch are a treat. I couldn't help but imagine how a smart retractable/motorized screen that could trace the edge of the porch or some area of the porch would be a hero add-on feature. I don't find many tiny homes that have screened porch options (and screened porches are loved my many) so it would be a nice upgrade option and/or differentiating feature.

Very nice tiny home. As a single person. I'd opt to have the goose neck bedroom as the living room. I'd use the lower area , as breakfast nook area. Incorporate stair over the fridge and washer/dryer. Open up the wall between the goose neck living room and dining nook. So it would feel more open and not so cramp. I do like the architectural shape of the overall house design.

There’s only two tiny house builders who really knock it out the park with modernist styles. I was tired of the unfinished wood style homes. This is very fitting for many of us .

I love tiny houses on a gooseneck trailer but it needs to be 10' wide. The extra 1.5' would give you so much more room. In this design, the couch could be 1.5' wider - which would help a lot as this trailer sleeps 2 adults and one or two children.

This is a very high quality prefab mobile home! 👍 In my opinion, this unit could be perfected if the floor of the stand-in shower in built with a material and design that is super soft and resistant to slipping, even with soap on the floor. Should cost very little to add, but the improvement in quality and marketability would be tremendous. For future versions, really appealing features for customers are weather management systems on the outside for very little extra cost and ease of add-on: * Umbrella shadings for cooling * Inflatable / deflatable clear airbag walls with anchors on the outside to create extra insulation barrier with a greenhouse effect that is light weight.

That house looks AMAZING! The one thing I think I'd be worried about is the tiles in the shower, I wonder if those might be prone to cracking or dropping off if you're moving the trailer a lot? Otherwise wow!

This is made for traveling instead of stationary living so it would be great for that purpose. If your life is more stationary another model would be better because there’s not much of a sitting area.

Personally, I'm always curious about the weight distribution over the axles when the trailer is fully loaded, as well as the weight over the tongue or gooseneck. That is a nice house. I would like to see you talk about that oven, give the measurements of the inside, how long, deep and the height of oven. Is it a convection oven with air frying, baking, roasting, toasting broiling, etc. Is it a combo microwave convection oven, and can you turn the turntable off when you want to bake? Can you put a 9 X 13 cake pan in there? Like that there is a dishwasher, with drawer space above it. Nice craftsman finishes. In the loft over the bathroom, is there a hanging rod in that cabinet on the front side? It is small but not too small. I would put padding and carpeting for your knees. Like the loveseat and the table that is adjustable. A place for an electric fireplace and TV. Like the sink, and the width of the vanity, but can it be shorter and to provide a bit more counter space on the right side? The bathroom has some storage space. Love the shower, faucets and shelves in the shower. Love the windows in the bathroom, they provide more light. For the shower can you have a sliding door, or curtain rod, or whichever you want on it? I would put some stain glass film with cuts the ultra-violet rays on the tall window, and mirror tinting with the same ultraviolet protection on the windows and some blinds on the windows for privacy. Love that the washer dryer vents to the outside, very helpful with the combo units. Also, love the storage above the washer/dryer, you can put counter-top appliances up there, like a mixer, blender, food processor, ice cream maker, hot air popcorn, maker, etc. or whatever else you may want to put in there. Also, I love the pull-out pantry, and garbage can underneath. Love the storage under the bed, that is really useful, on the sides and above the bed. I would put a TV on the wall across from the bed and another fireplace below it with a shelf for a blue-ray player and DVR. Love the main bedroom that you can stand up over the gooseneck hitch. Is there only one length for this trailer or will there be different lengths, like 24- or 28-feet versions, with a some more space like some closet space, and more room in the living room/dining area?
