This Ultra Rumble UPDATE Changed These Characters 

My Hero Ultra Rumble received a new maintenance update on November 8th. A few characters got buffed & nerfed but the 2 most notable ones for me were both Froppy & Toga! Lets see how these 2 are in ranked matches!
