For my third and final eating challenge in Singapore, I stopped into Shrimp Prawn Seafood on Boat Quay to take on their $280 Zermatt's Seafood Vermicelli Platter Challenge! Hungry diners have 1 hour to finish a platter loaded with jumbo shrimp, scallops, mud crab, jumbo river prawns, tiger prawns, and crayfish served over a pile of over 3lbs of Thai Clam Vermicelli. If successful, winners earn their $280 SGD meal for free and a spot up on Shrimp Prawn Seafood's Wall of Fame!
