Mahorage, you have to switch the modes, then press g to lock it in, then you get the ithwr moves like adaptation for defense mode, and the blue star is world slash
for every mode mahoraga has (green shield, blue star, red sword) the 4th move changes. green is adaptation which works like a counter, blue is World Slash which is what that other mahoraga did toward the end
In defense mode(shield), your 4th move switches to the adaptation move. Adaptation works like a counter. If you time it, you get -10%(or -20%, I think) damage to whatever damaged you. The damage resistance stacks up four times to -70%. Adaptation can work on melee attacks(including M1s), ranged attacks, and even domains(only Malenvolent Shrine for now). If you switch to blue mode(star), your 4th move changes to World Slash.
But does the adaptation carry forward when u use a different mode?? Like lets say i adapted to melee damage and then i switched mode. Will i still have the damage reduction or not??
@@TheRealExrYes you can. Generally if there are atleast two people punching and using domain damaging moves it’ll break before a hakari can get their pity jackpot
The way to adapt in defense mode is to time the move on a melle or range attack then you will become a tank after using it 7 times only works for 1 verison at the time so you cant be tanky on mellee and range attacks at the same time
Mahoraga feels like a drunken father. Also really fun thing to do is go in a PS and get your friend/s, one of you become Megumi ult and then Mahoraga while all the other have to run away or fight back depending on which they prefer, usually i like to start it in the middle of the map but tbh start it anywhere.
For World Slash, it’s just a new move idk much about it, but for Adaptation, it’s sort of like a counter, when you land it successfully you can lessen damage, for example “-70% bullet damage”
