For those who didn’t understand why Gale got a buff. Right now his super consists of 4 parts because of hypercharge,which is a bug that gives him that crazy damage with super. Developers are removing the bug and now it will be just one projectile with fixed damage. So technically it's a buff.
@@user-vl6wh5zl6h No, the bug allowed players to take less damage based on their position. Now its not gonna happen and enemies will always take the maximum damage, so its a buff
Beacuse the double damage was a glitch and they are fixing it so they are buffing gale damage to 1640 so he doesn't completely fall out of meta since realistically the double damage bug for super is what made him so meta
For those who don't know, Gale's super has four separate projectiles in his super, just like his main attack, each dealing 1220 damage. Now, they are changing it back to what it used to be but buffed.

Have you seen the so called buff they gave him??? As a Darryl main the "rework" looks absolute GARBAGE. They need to buff his super damage and change his SPs and gadgets. Probably in 5 years though 😭
Dude as a darryl main as well, having 2 supers is a great way to counter marksmen or ither ranged enemies, i noticed that doing the perfect super counters most of the meta assasins or non meta@@ChromeSarnie95

My thinks about this balance changes: Brock-decent change. C->B- tier The hypercharge super was terrible,worse than just super,Now it's ok,but i still think that hypercharge is going to be pretty bad Grom-nice change.D->B tier Grom was one of the worst throwers in the game,but for now he is going to be good pick in knockout and bounty. Sprout-small change.C->C+ tier Sprout also was kinda bad,the main problem is with his useless hypercharge. Stu and spike-decent changes.Stu B->A- tier,Spike C->C+ tier Willow-just small buff.C+->B tier Clancy-HUGE NERF.S->B tier Clancy was way too strong,especially in ladder,prob the best brawler in the game.He is still going to be ok brawler,but i think it's way too much Frank-nice nerf.S->A tier Frank was insane brawler everywhere,even in heist and bounty he's good.Small HP nerf and huge nerf to his 2nd gadget is gonna make him a little bit worse and for now 1st gadget is better,but he is still going to be strong brawler Meg-perfect nerf.S->A tier That's a nice nerf,for now she's not broken,but still pretty strong Buster-small change.S- ->A+tier That's perfect nerf,because he's not too toxic,but a little bit overpowered.Deserved some small nerf Berry-decent nerf.S->S- tier His trait was way too strong.He's still going to be prob the best/2nd best thrower,but a little bit weaker Amber-nice change.S- ->A+ tier I hope they fixed her bug with 6k damage,she's still going to be decent brawler everywhere Kit-small change.S->S tier This nerf won't impact for kit,just small,almost useless nerf.He needs some damage nerf. @@TimbyTurnerspike garbage? Literally able to counter almost every assassin and does ~38.4k damage with the second gadget(heist destroyer) and does 7560 damage (even do that almost never happens but he usually does 3240-4000 damage) "Garbage"

Bro darryle rework is kinda cool ngl i feel like he can just goin to get a kill and then run away especially in 3v3. He can also be good in hotzone or gemgrab(btw im just guessing)
What about bug fixes? There are at least 3 bugs that I remenber (and I believe some more), 2 have existed for a while: -Entering shadow realm reveals all bushes to the Lily or Cordelious team; -Amber's 2nd gadget and melody's circling notes , as they spawn, do damage to people on top of them (this could be a feature, if properly changed), although that only happens to one team on 3vs3, (this part I'm not so sure, never tested, but depending if you were true red or true blue, don't remenber which one it was that the bug worked on, if for example a frank was on top of you and you as an Amber used your second gadget on top of him you would deal 6000 or so damage to him, the flames never simingly touching him); -When Frank had around 2500 hp, after his rework, he wouldn't be able to attack; -(Remenbered one more) After Melody uses her first super if she uses a normal attack she will use her super(also don't know how this one fully "disfunctions", it's just annoying when you try to attack and instead use a super). There might be more bugs that I don't remenber, but the fact of the matter is that they need to fixed, as they are advantages or disadvantages to player's. Bro they did NOT cook with HCs and especially balance changes. Do they even play the game? Didn't touch Lily at all, insanely small nerf to frank, berry and clancy, fixed the gale bug, but buffed him. Like wtf man??? And HC are better, but they're sooo inconsistent, surge gets lvl 5, mortis gets double super, but nani is just bigger peep, poco has boring ass shield. Smh I love the game, don't get me wrong, and I'm also excited for SpongeBob collab, but the balance changes keep driving me insane every fucking time. P.s. i love how they like to double stats. Lily is weak? Just give her second ammo, it'll be fine. Darryl is weak? Let's give him 2 supers. What's next? Ruffs will have two supers? Lol

We get a Clancy nerf and my boy Darryl finally gets some love ?! Now I’m happy(tho the buster nerf feels a bit unnecessary to me and a grom buff is a lose for everyone, I don’t like him) Also that surge hypercharge is both nostalgic yet scary cuz it’s basically surge in release but with a buff
