Lol he says his clients say they need space. To interpret, older couple and the wife needs to impress people she doesn't like or know, "we need a lot of space" when we all know very well that they will probably use maybe 10% of that house the whole time they are there.😮

Hi Just curious to know if this subdivision is on a bus route? I know it takes longer for a DiDi in certain area? I went to see a Dentist in Kanasin which was a quite a distance for me by rideshare but there was a bus route out that way.

Once u come out of the subdivision, you’re on the main road and buses and vans pass by all day. So in short, there are buses that’ll get u to where u wanna go. By car, Kanasin is about a 15 minute ride from here.

I want to spend time in Kanasin! It was the first market I ever went to here! I believe I went there the first week I arrived here, a couple of years ago! I really like markets and was in awe of this one. The countless mototaxis moving around, heavy activity on one main street, etc. Edit: I guess I should add- for those who don't know- that Kanasin has a reputation. Probably shouldn't be there at night, though I absolutely want to. 🤣

People just need to say NO. Stop paying these prices in Merida area. Everyones getting rich on gringos. I live here and know what i am talking about. We all came here not to live like that, with those prices!! Let Mexicans rent that place..and let it stay empty trying to rent for a looong time.
